The manager/reception is very kind and accommodating.
We didn’t get the room with the Grand Place view as you have to request for it as you book but definitely a great stay. Almost near to every attractions and a safe place to stay.

No hay recepción. Mi madre de 72 años tuvo que llamar aunque llegó en en horario de.entrada estipulada (14:00-18:00). Había hecho una petición especial de que sea una habitación exterior, no respondida por parte del hotel, ni para decirme que no sería posible por estar completo o lo que fuera ..
La persona quien contestó al teléfono indicó a mi.madre que esta en su día de libranza. La habitación en la 4 planta
. Ascensor se bloqueo. Al rato funcionó. Alfombra del pasillo manchadas. La habitación con muchas calor por estar debajo del techo. Había un ventilador, que estaba sucio. La entrada del hotel está en una calle detrás de la gran place. Mi madre encontró hotel después de preguntar a varios camareros de la plaza. Basuras a
la puerta.. Con todo eso, mi regalo con muy mal sabor de boca pq mi madre no se quiso quedar ahí y se fue para alquiler habitación en otro hotel, así que dinero tirado por la ventana.

Had a great overnight stay here! Arrived at 11.45 to find our room was ready and we could check in
Went up the stairs to into our large room with the most amazing view of the Grand Place
Bed was comfortable and we will definitely stay again
