The manager/reception is very kind and accommodating.
We didn’t get the room with the Grand Place view as you have to request for it as you book but definitely a great stay. Almost near to every attractions and a safe place to stay.

There is no reception. My 72-year-old mother had to call even though she arrived at the stipulated check-in time (2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.). I had made a special request for it to be an exterior room, not responded to by the hotel, not even to tell me that it would not be possible because it was full or whatever..
The person who answered the phone told my mother that she is on her release day. The room on the 4th floor
. Elevator blocked. After a while it worked. Hallway carpet stained. The room is very hot because it is under the ceiling. There was a fan, which was dirty. The hotel entrance is on a street behind the gran place. My mother found a hotel after asking several waiters in the square. Garbage to
the door... With all that, my gift had a very bad taste in my mouth because my mother didn't want to stay there and went to rent a room in another hotel, so money was thrown out the window.

Property was in the heart of grand place which was great 30 sec walk.
Front staff were very helpful and friendly the breakfast included was very good food.
I would definitely recommend this place if you enjoy being in the heart of the bars and restaurants and shopping this place is for you
The only down side the room was extremely small but clean and cozy.
But character and charm definitely make up for it

Said at the front desk was charming and super helpful. This hotel is in a fantastic location, and the view from the rooms is stellar. The radiant heat in the bathroom floors was a surprising plus. Our room came with breakfast directly across the square, and the staff at the restaurant were also super friendly and the food was excellent.
