The location is very good, you can see the Grand Place of Brussels directly from the window, the view is great.

Overall, it's very good, but there is no switch for the exhaust in the bathroom, and it won't turn on automatically. I don't know why. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, back to back with Hilton.

We stayed on the 6F , nice view when there’s snow, but rmbs to close the curtain when u sleep as there might be workers working outside, the reception is helpful, the hotel location is very convenient which u can reach the tourist attractions within 10 mins. Overall nice experience!!

I booked a triple room and it was very small, it was also on the sixth floor and the elevator only went up to the fifth floor, so all my luggage had to be taken up one floor up the stairs, since there was no one to do it. At reception they didn't give us any solution. I am dissatisfied with my stay there.
