Great location. Close to Centraal Train station. Rooms are basic but comfortable and the property has all the amenities you may require. Staff very friendly

The design is cool while the room is really small. The 16sqm room feels like 10sqm. The breakfast buffet is quite limited.

There are pros and cons to staying in Motel One! Pros - Price is very competitive. Lovely vibrant bar area within the hotel. Great staff in all areas of the hotel (courteous and helpful). Very clean throughout hotel and bedroom. Breakfast was good (no hot food but a decent cold buffet). Also no requirement of a large deposit when checking in. Cons - bedroom very small - can't open the window unless you move the table and no bedside table (but then price is low so....). It's a decent enough walk to Grand Place, shops etc (but then the price is low so....) Would I stay here again instead of my usual hotel just off the Grand Place - most probably! I hope this helps...

Modern and beautiful hotel that is walking 6 and 10 minutes from the cathedral and Grand Place of Brussels respectively; Unbeatable location, with public parking right on the corner of the hotel. Very complete and varied breakfast, the rooms are small but their location makes up for it.

The location is on the main road connecting the National Assembly and the Royal Palace, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but when walking to and from Central Station or the Grand Place in the evening, the area around the hotel is a bit deserted. Still, I was satisfied because the hotel was large, relatively new, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, but the rooms are not spacious like most of Europe.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The place is beautiful, clean and pleasant. However, the reception remains to be reviewed at the reception.

Motel one is a chain of Austrian hotels, the overall style is consistent, and the facilities in this store are relatively new.

Excellent hotel with very professional and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the lobby is great for working, relaxing or lounging. The hotel is in a good area and in very good condition.

I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!

A very good brand of hotel. Safe, great staff and well located for public transport and walk down into the historical areas. Tram stops near by and taxi easy to get

Quiet basic, no tea no coffee offered no kettle no water no cups . The bed is pushed together as twin bed.
