Early check in didn’t work, it’s stated that reception opens at 9am, at 9 the receptionist didn’t bother to attend to us.it’s mentioned that early checkin was possible at a fee (no time specified), I arrived and I was told it’s not possible and no refund was given.

The hostel has a staff working only few hours 9-11 am and 4:00 to 6:00 pm. If you need assistance only by phone. Drop key box to check out. NO SOAP enough for 3 days only do cleaning once a week. The worst hostel I stayed in my entire life.

My travel plans changed, and I had to cancel my reservation with free cancellation. For over ten days, I wrote emails and called customer service to cancel. They kept telling me to do it through the website, but there was actually no option to cancel the reservation on the site. They didn't want to refund my money and had put me through a hassle. I wasted a lot of time searching on the website and sending emails just to cancel a reservation. The last time I called, I was very upset, but they finally canceled the reservation.

I got the key to the hotel room from a nighttime key box. Then, I was so surprised because I found out there has been already someone else in that room when I opened it.
So I had to find somewhere to stay at that night. I was so tired about it.

Arrivé à 16:00 et reçu la clé à 17:00. L’appartement hésite entre vieille et désuète et moderne. J’ai l’impression que les rénovations ont été stoppées avant d’être terminées. 6 lits dont un inutilisable. Fenêtres ayant du vécu.
Points positifs: Literies propre et l’appartement 302 très grand.

Very poor quality. Paint peeling of rotten wood in bathroom. One very small pillow per person (more of a cushion really). Very noisy at night as all solid floors, no carpet. Link clanked regularly. Shower doors open inwards!
Generally, looks like nothing has been touched since it was built. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful however.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy. There were smears of what appeared to be feces on the toilet, and the gap between the sink and shower has clearly never been cleaned; there was all sorts of dirt, hair, and other miscellaneous gunk down there. The light fixture in the bedroom was full of dead flies, as well. Would not stay here again.

For those who are accustomed to traveling such as long-term stays, we recommend this hotel at a reasonable price in Brussels where hotels are expensive.
However, you should think of this as an apartment rather than a hotel. There is no one except check-in time. I was out of hours, so on the first day I picked up the key in the safe, dropped it when I left, and didn't see the facility until the end. The entrance door is opened with a number, but there were times when it was different from what I was told, so I asked on the phone.
There are no amenities of any kind. Not even shampoo. Hand soap only.
There are dishes and a microwave in the room. This style of inn.
In addition, the inside is clean and there is nothing to worry about. I heard a lot about heating.
The location is a bit far from the center and you need to take a bus. Buses are frequent from many directions. The surrounding area seems to be a residential area with many apartments. It didn't feel particularly dangerous.
I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
