Location is good and very convenient but the hotel hygiene is terrible. The water can’t drain out in the bath tub and the bathroom is full of bad smells.

This place need maintenance. There is no sink by the toilet. Broken picture frames on the floor. Very dirty vindows. Pillows in a very poor state. Not hot water on the leaving day - so we could't shower before travelling on.

Bij binnenkomst in het appartement bleek dat het nog vies was van de vorige gasten. De bedden waren beslapen, vuile handdoeken, vieze prullenbakken. Zelfs het gebruikte maandverband lag er nog! De schoonmaakster was in het gebouw aanwezig, maar kwam niet schoonmaken. Er is niemand aanwezig, die kan helpen. Telefonisch werden we verder niet geholpen. Al met al hebben we het appartement moeten verlaten en stonden met 3 kinderen op straat. Geen enkele hulp van de verhuurder om een vervolgplek te vinden. HELE SLECHTE SERVICE! Ik raad het iedereen af om hier te boeken.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. We booked an apar**ent for 2 nights to attend an event nearby. The images on the website looked nothing like the apar**ent we were greeted with. The website promised a 'loft', updated decor etc. The apar**ent was unlocked and open when we arrived for 4pm check in, meaning anyone could have entered the apar**ent. The apar**ent was filthy - rust on appliances/radiators, mold on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom, stained bedding/mattresses/pillows in the bedroom and 'stored' in a ripped open black bag in a random room, strange stains on curtains, handles falling off the bathroom and bedroom doors, broken shower, a horrible sewerage smell coming from the sinks and filthy dishes, with there likely being more I have forgotten. It is not allowing me to add images for some reason. The worst discovery, however, was several bedbugs in one of the rooms on the headboard of the bed, and dozens of visible bedbug eggs on the border of the headboard. There were also bugs on the pull-out couch/sofa bed. We attempted to contact the property multiple times both via phone and email, both during our stay and before we arrived at the apar**ent, and despite saying they were available to contact '24/7', we were unable to speak with anyone whatsoever with SmartFlats. Eventually we resorted to contacting ***********, who we had booked through, and they were also unable to get in touch with anyone from the property. . The only benefit was that the location was central, approx 10 minutes from Central Station.

The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. The lounge in the sitting room - a fold out bed - was too uncomfortable to be used. Worst, the stair rail in the dimly-lit entry hall had come away from the wall, so was dangerous.

There was no hot water, exposed wiring, holes in the walls, etc. It was unfit to stay in and because the property staff refused to assist, we were for ced to stay somewhere else and now they are refusing to refund our money! They state we did not return the key, howevert I have a video of us placing the key in the lock box when we left! I also have pictures and videos to show all of the issues! Terrible, Terrible vendo that ******* should DROP if they want to keep customers!

Not good , we had issues with the sofa coach which was broken and could not use. The WhatsApp support failed to respond. The hairdryer was not working. It was super hot inside no fans or air conditioning
