The overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

Ein gutes Hotel unweit der Innenstadt. Zimmer an sich sehr geräumig, sah allerdings schon etwas abgenutzt aus. Aber für 1 oder 2 Nächte reicht es auf jeden Fall.

The staff were very welcoming and the free coffee made the stay very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and very modern. The hotel had many facilities and would be great if you are staying for an extended period. The bar was also apparently open for 24 hours which I have never seen before.

Abbaimo passato 3 giorni a Bruxelles e l'hotel oltre che essere esattamente a metà tra il palazzo di giustizia dove si può vedere la città dall'alto, è anche vicinissimo 10 minuti, al centro storico e la Grand Place e in altrettanto 10 minuti si raggiunge il Palazzo Reale e il parco antistante. è un po' come se l'hotel fosse al centro di tutto, a pocjhi passi 3 minuti al massimo ci sono due vie, una di fronte all'altra che sono piene di ristornati e locali, prenotare sempre! L'hotel è pulito, essenziale, fornitissimo di prodotti toilette asciugamani, ciabatte e fon. colazione varia e buona, bevande calde sempre disponibili! Personalmente mi sono segnata i loro hotel nelle altre città nel caso dovessi andarci! I complimenti a Martina che ci ha accolto, spiegato tutto e informato su tutte le scorciatoie e locali della città rendondo molto più semplice il nostro soggiorno!

Unfortunately, my stay was really uncomfortable, and the staff while friendly, were completely not helpful. The AC is centrally controlled and it was extremely warm with no ability to turn off or even even control the fan speed, the staff first said they'll allow control in the room, but need technician input. The following day they said its not possible and will ask technician to adjust the central control the next day (it never happened). They did offer me a fan, but it wasn't useful as the room was very warm and became full of mosquito (I couldn't sleep at all). The shower did not have enough hot water, even early in the morning or later during the day, along with very weak water pressure. Finally the breakfast is also not great, and definitely not worth the cost they charge for it (the croissants are nice though). All the above made my stay really uncomfortable, and I definitely did not expect this for the price they charge, so can't recommend this place.
