The overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación central y de todo el centro de la ciudad. Muy amables y atentos, salíamos a las 4,30 hacia el aeropuerto y nos han preparado algo de desayunar. Las habitaciones están bastante bien, hotel limpio y desayuno correcto.

Nous venons d’arriver à l’hôtel et nous avons été étonné de la chambre : rez de chaussée côté rue.. pour 220 euros la chambre sincèrement c’est abusé ! J’avais été recommandé par un ami qui vient souvent et je suis très déçue. On dirait clairement une chambre d’un hôtel ibis et ça ne vaut clairement pas le prix. Le sol n’est même pas blanc uniforme il y a des traces d’usures, pour le prix (220 euros sans petit déjeuner) et le nombre d’étoiles (hôtel 4 étoiles) avoir vue sur la route et être en rez de chaussée avec une chambre de ce type c’est inacceptable. La personne a l’accueil nous a gentiment répondu qu’il n’y avait plus d’autres chambres de disponibles et nous a proposé des boissons supplémentaires. À la limite le petit déjeuner pourquoi pas mais des boissons.. quand bien même le problème reste le même et nous sommes très déçus. En revanche la personne à l’accueil est très gentille et accueillante.C’est

I really liked the hotel , it was very stylish modern and had amenities. Unfortunately the stay ended on a negative as the day I was to leave, my sleep was interrupted due to another guest who was drunk, sick and had been sick right outside my door. She has been making lots of noise and this was extremely distressing. I had to rush to reception to find staff to help her at 4am. It was very concerning to me that no staff at the hotel had noticed this.
