Holiday Inn Express Brussels - Grand-Place Reviews

Air cond in the lobby was a relief in the summer time. Air cond room is a must during summer. Room is clean just unsure if its a norm that the housekeeper would not clean used mugs provided in the room though staying for few days. Breakfast was good. But during our stay, got one morning brekfast time was cut by an hour due to water system maintenance. Some guests didnt get to eat breakfast.

Great location , room is clean and comfortable but very cosy. Near to many restaurants and train station.

Lovely modern hotel in the centre of town. The room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. Lovely modern shower and toiletries. We ate breakfast which was continental the hot option was scrambled eggs and sausages. We had onward travel from the north station which was accessible via the metro.

Location is just far enough from the city centre to not be too busy, but still close enough for everything to be walking distance. A lot of roadworks all around the hotel, however, so getting there took a little bit longer. We appreciated the early check-in very much, as we were only expecting to leave our luggage first as it was about 2.5 hours before check-in time so thank you for that. The thing is, when we got to the room, we noticed the duvet cover wasn’t as clean as one would expect, and there were visibly different strands of hair on it. So that was a bit off-putting, but we didn’t want to kick up a fuss as we were so tired from the early travel to get there that we just ignored it and rested for a little while. The breakfast spread could use a little bit more variety but was otherwise sufficient. The service was pleasant and attentive, so that in itself is a good reason to want to come back.

My favorite hotel to stay. Very clean room, always in the center very good location easy access to all the tourist spots. Excellent breakfast with friendly and polite staffs.

The hotel is extremely new so everything is clean and working.

I stayed on 1st not 2nd, but a great nights sleep again. Ines on reception was so patient and careful getting me a quiet room. The location of this hotel couldnt be better - a great restaurant / cafe (Grimburgen) just round the corner - try the flemish beef stew! Brussels is a beautiful city.

Good transportation very convenient and Next to the city centre, staffs are pretty friendly and helpful, fluent English and good service, one word, satisfied.

This is not as close as what I expected to city centre but is in the centre need to walk abit to the square and room is small

Very good location. There is a separate hotel parking service. There are many parking spaces. The service fee is 20 euros. The bed is soft. The location is good. When I stayed there, I could walk to all the landmarks. The breakfast bread is delicious. You can take food back to the room.
