My stay at the Four Seasons Guangzhou was exceptional. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city. Dining options are top-notch, with delicious Cantonese cuisine at Yu Yue Heen and a diverse breakfast at Kumoi. The service is impeccable—staff are attentive and professional. The hotel’s amenities, including the indoor pool, fitness center, and spa, are luxurious. Located in the heart of Guangzhou, it’s convenient for both business and leisure. Highly recommended for a luxurious stay!

The hotel is beautiful and very elegant. The only thing they could improve is having more electric plugs in the room.

The hotels room view was really nice…and I really liked the executive lounge .the staff there was really nice…the swimming pools water was cold they could have done better

Very attractive service in the 99th floor lounge, lots of suggestions and advice from the staff there. Also, the staff from the main entrance are very helpful and thoughtful. The staff noticed that we have booked a car and asked us to relax at the lobby, he will pay attention to the vehicle no and let us know once it arrived.

one of best hotel in China . well trained staffs, quality food and cleanliness of the room are top notch. Thanks to all of employees, they are the best! And specially thanks to the front desk manager, Stacie. (This is 3rd time I’m stay in this hotel) will be back soon.

Amazing landmark building with nice view but very dated design and service. Does not even have a USB charging point for mobile devices. Shower room has strange water draining design that causes water ponding and air con is very noisy. Will stay again only if they have a major renovation. The housekeeping staff has done a very good job and the room is very nicely cleaned daily.

Amazing property and the spa is very well-equipped. Night view is spectacular.

Very nice hotel but too noisy in the lobby. For a 5 star hotel everyone had access to the lobby. So i didn’t feel special and that sense of privacy was gone. Sadly I decided to check out earlier than expected and move elsewhere Its a nice hotel not just for me

Ambiance & Architecture: The hotel’s modern design, with its soaring atrium and sleek interiors, makes a striking first impression. Rooms: The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with top-notch amenities. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided an incredible view of the city and river, especially at night. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and high-end toiletries, felt like a spa retreat. Service: The service was exemplary throughout my stay. The staff was attentive.
