Nice hotel chain with a huge desk and swivel chair so it’s great to use one’s computer at the desk. The usual amenities are provided, the only problem with the hotel would be its location, it’s a distance from Osaka station and the metro. Bed is really comfortable and they provide really nice and thick tissue paper unlike most Japanese hotels. Bathrobe is comfortable and u will need to take the robes near the lift, however, one of them that I took had a stain.

Clean room and spacious bathroom. Staff can speak fluent english. Yet the hotel is not located in main street, and no parking. Need to use the public parking facilities nearby, which is quite full.

Clean and has a nice river view. Absolutely worth the money.

Located in the business district, about 25 minutes walk to Umeda shopping district, not far from Dalin Camera. Fortunately, I bought the camera I wanted in Dalin on the first day! The room was very clean and my obsessive-compulsive wife didn't complain.

The hotel is near the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, about 3 minutes walk. It is quite convenient to stay in this hotel to see the Monet exhibition. The room is not big but quite clean. There are multiple charging sockets next to the bed, which is very convenient. The room is not cleaned every day, but clean bath towels are hung on the door handle every day. There are several subway stations around, and the transportation is convenient. Complaint, the hotel price fluctuates greatly, Fortunately I found it later, and then book it again after the cancellation, otherwise it will be a big loss.

The location is pretty good. If you live near Umeda, you can get off at Higobashi Station (exit at the exit of some art museum! No need to cross the road). The most satisfying thing is the restroom, which is small but well-equipped and clean. The hotel front desk service is also very good, very enthusiastic, and helps to call a taxi! The room is clean and quiet, about 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, which is quite convenient. The staff service is quite good. The south-facing room has transparent glass, while the north-facing room has frosted glass, so you can't see the outside view. It may be a special request. Overall, it feels okay.

I had an event going on, so I looked for a place close to the venue. I don't think it's very convenient for public transport. It was far from the station and I thought it would be difficult to walk in the hot sun with a carry-on suitcase, so I took taxis for all my travels. Also, the room was spacious and clean, and the price wasn't too high, so I was happy. There's a convenience store nearby too.

I stayed here for one night in the heatwave to go to the Osaka International Convention Center. It was only a 13-minute walk, so I could walk, but it was a bit of a pain to have to walk through a steam bath. The nearest station, Watanabebashi, was quiet on the weekend, and there weren't many trains, so it might be quicker to walk. I happened to find a taxi waiting in front of the hotel, and it cost 800 yen one way. There is a convenience store behind the hotel. There are some high-end restaurants, but they are closed on weekends and there aren't many. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is no water in the room, so you need to buy it. I had to get my own roomwear and amenities, but I think it's reasonable for this area. I will use it again.

This hotel is reasonably priced and has good access to Osaka city, and you can get to Umeda in about 20 minutes. There is also a subway station nearby, so it is a perfect hotel for sightseeing in Osaka.

The reception staff were very polite and helped with all the issues not related to the stay.
