"Arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport around 5 AM and booked the Guangzhou Yingbin International Hotel last minute via Trip.com. To my surprise, the hotel staff responded incredibly quickly and immediately arranged a shuttle to safely bring us to the hotel to rest, which was truly reassuring. The hotel is right next to a police station, adding a great sense of security. Our twin room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a hot shower and catch up on some much-needed sleep. Afterwards, we took the hotel shuttle back to the airport. The whole process was smooth and thoughtful. It's perfect for transit travelers, with attentive service. Highly recommended."

"Amazing location right at the doorstep of Beijing pedestrian walk. There is a Macdonalds and bubble tea shop at lobby (no more Chagee). The room is very spacious and well maintained. Free water and some drinks in the fridge for consumption. Breakfast until 10am at level 29. Level 30 is the laundromat. This hotel is popular amongst Singaporeans. Able to book Didi rides conveniently just along the streets (along macdonalds) for pick up and drop off. Tee Mall just beside the hotel there is a Pop Mart and Top Toy at level 1."

"Very satisfied with the service and facilities. The free airport pickup and delivery service is very helpful. The staff are very patient and helpful. The bed is very soft and cosy. The room is very clean and well maintained. The only setback is the traffic noise, even at night."

"We are so lucky to find this place. A cosy duplex apartment with living room below and beds above. Full service is provided like a hotel. No breakfast but plenty of restaurant and convenience store nearby. And the metro is just directly in front of the place. It’s a very good experience to stay closer to the real gz community and away from the other tourist."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The property is very well-organized, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. The hotel was newly renovated and had a fresh, contemporary feel. A standout feature was the big-size LED TV – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the AI machine installed in the room, which added a fun and high-tech touch to the experience (great for controlling lights, weather updates, or playing music!). Additionally, the hotel offer 24 hours free Airport pick-up and drop off service which was very convenient for new comer in China. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its modern amenities and attention to detail. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tech-friendly stay."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, quite comparable to a Holiday Inn Express. The service is exceptional; although it's a bit far from the airport, they provide 24-hour pick-up service, which is a huge plus. We checked in around midnight, and the front desk staff was very friendly. When we missed the shuttle to the subway station in the morning, they even arranged a taxi for us."

"The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Beijing’s pedestrian street, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was also very clean and tidy, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended! Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff. "We booked a family room and were very satisfied with our stay. The family room had LEGO toys that kids love, and a full set of children's amenities, including a complete kids' toiletry kit. The small pillows and plush toys were quite unique. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping auntie on our floor was warm and provided excellent service; the cleaning was superb! Drinking water was plentiful. There are many convenient dining options nearby. Although it's in a bustling urban area, the room was very quiet. The rooftop pool offers nice views."

"Had a pleasant stay, 2/3 things need to rise , they had partion with plywood so if someone talk in passage you will heard clearly , get ready for late night sound ppl packing Inside hotel and I heard 12am the sound off cellophin sound , and my toom which was 4th floor number 409 had smell off washroom if I am not mistaken had some manufacturing issue , so need to open the window at the back, About staff at hotel nice welcoming , room is clean"

"I booked the wrong hotel by mistake, but the location is just as convenient. It's an older five-star hotel, and the service is still up to par. They even thoughtfully gave us mooncakes since we checked in just before the Mid-Autumn Festival. The pool is very comfortable. However, the room decor really needs an upgrade; I'm looking forward to seeing a much-improved environment next time I stay. The dim sum at the 7th-floor restaurant is excellent."
