Atour S Hotel, Beijing Road Tianzi Wharf, Guangzhou

The staffs there are very friendly and helpful. Their service is really good and hotel up keep is very clean and proper. The hotel also gave us a free room upgrade. Overall, we are really very pleased with our stay at the hotel and the staffs are also very accommodative to our request. Will come back to stay at the hotel when I come back to Guangzhou.

Great staying experience with helpful staffs and location very convenient. Nice room view. Walking distance to Beijing road and nearby with F&B, convenient stores and train stations. Highly recommended 😊

I had a five night stay, the room were spacious and comfortable. The location is great with a lot of good food nearby. The only issue I have is the lingering cigarette smell on the first day.

I've been a fan of Atour hotel since we last stayed in Chongqing. Hence this trip to Guangzhou, I've decided to book Atour hotels at 2 different location. Found out "S" means "super" likely to mean a better version than regular Atour Hotel and certainly much better class than "Light" version. However to my great disappointment this Atour S hotel along Beijing Road was a disappointment indeed. While I'm aware the building is an old building probably refurbished, there were signs of worn out ceiling edges. Worst, towel came in both thick and thin versions, along side with holes. Basin cracks. How is such hotel be classified as "super"? Although I'm aware too room rate is higher due to canton fair. It's precisely an anticipation of a certain basic expectation of a "super" class standard with such higher room rate but this was not the case. I must say I'm quite disappointed with the hotel condition. One plus point is the friendliness of staff that probably made up the disappointment. I may therefore not return to Atour hotel in my next visit to China. Hope my review a positive feedback to hotel management? Thank u
