HHelabiyuqingFacilities: Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's facilities and amenities far exceed those of a typical three-star hotel – a pleasant surprise indeed! They also offer stylish and elegant complimentary tea rooms, both large and small, for guests to relax and enjoy tea. The room's lights, air conditioning, curtains, and bathroom are all smart and very convenient to use.
Cleanliness: If there's one outstanding feature of Huiyuan, besides its beauty and tastefulness, it has to be its impeccable cleanliness! It's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. I stayed here for an exam at Huazhong Agricultural University, and despite the rainy weather, my second-floor room didn't feel damp or unclean at all. From the lobby to the room, everything was exceptionally spotless. Robot vacuums and cleaning staff were all diligently at work, meticulously cleaning the stairs and corridors. There wasn't a speck of dust in the room, no strange odors, and the solid wood furniture also had no unpleasant smell – very comforting!
Environment: It's like a beautiful garden villa. The podocarpus trees, hydrangeas, lemon trees, orchids, ponds, and koi fish – all the plants and animals are so well-cared for. There are also several tea rooms on the first floor with a wonderful ambiance... Sitting there sipping tea and practicing calligraphy is one of life's true pleasures. The hotel owner truly has great taste and vision.
Service: All the hotel staff are very gentle and approachable, making you feel right at home. On the first day, when I was checking in and about to go upstairs, the owner proactively helped me with my luggage. When I wanted to throw away some trash after lunch, the cleaning uncle told me to just give it to him. While I was exploring the courtyard, the room cleaning staff were also very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The owner heard we were here for an exam and even offered to drive us there; all we had to do was tell the front desk the time. The next morning, on the day of the exam, the owner punctually drove us. He said he does this for all guests taking exams, as long as they inform him in advance.
Summary: This is truly a wonderfully comfortable hotel. The facilities and amenities are excellent, very stylish and high-class. If you have any problems or needs, the hotel will help resolve them. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserMy bestie and I decided to spend our three-day mini-vacation in Guangzhou, and once again, we chose to stay at the Yin She Hotel. My friend recommended we try the seafood at Huangsha, and it was absolutely amazing! The value for money was incredible – we bought fresh seafood wholesale downstairs and had it cooked for half the price. After that, we came back to the hotel and enjoyed a refreshing iced special lemon tea, which was also fantastic! The hotel's decor has a modern Japanese wooden style, and the facilities are quite new. The robot delivery service for food was also very quick. All the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. That's why this hotel is always my top choice whenever I visit! 👍

Wwb124This hotel boasts an excellent location – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to all the action. You've got Panyu Wanda Plaza, Sihai City, and Tianhe City right nearby, and getting around is super convenient. The metro station is less than a 15-minute walk away! It was lovely to take a stroll around the area after dinner each night. The hotel is located in a separate apartment building, and from the high floors, you can enjoy views of the commercial district below. The only downside is that the internet signal was really poor, whether for screen mirroring or the TV. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help!

We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

OOhyeahhhhhhhhhhThe hotel's location is ideal, very close to Park Front Metro Station, just a 7–8 minute walk from B2. This makes transportation incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping.
The manager and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is a thoughtful service, allowing us to explore further without our bags.
Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Both the location and service quality were excellent. It's a hotel I'd definitely recommend. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GGuest UserThe place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.

1. Parking was hard to find. The only instruction was to use navigation, but it took me ages to navigate. Maybe I'm just not good at it.
2. The bathroom had a strong urine smell as soon as I checked in.
3. The pillows, while some were firm, were either too hard or too soft, making it uncomfortable for both adults and children. (For such an expensive room, why not provide better pillows, like those from Atour Planet?)
4. Breakfast at the Princess Hotel next door was terrible. (Limited variety, hard fried eggs, and overly salty tea eggs. Even though the wontons were freshly cooked, they were still lukewarm.)
Advantages:
1. The room facilities and the drinks and snacks in the refrigerator were good. They even provided snacks for the kids (chocolate beans, fries, coconut water, dried apples).
2. The room had tea and a teapot, which were delicious. 👍
3. The room had a record player; if you weren't satisfied with the music, you could exchange it downstairs.
4. The room had a Dyson hairdryer, high-end toothpaste, and a good coffee machine.

112131513This was my second stay. The first time, I arrived late at night and didn't get to see the view, but I was quite satisfied with the room and amenities, which prompted this return visit. The room and facilities like the pool are still pretty good, and the view is nice too.
However, there was a power outage at the hotel at night! I wasn't informed about this before checking in; the front desk only told me about it when I arrived, asking if I still wanted to proceed with check-in. I asked my friend, who said it would be a shame to have come all this way for nothing, so we decided to stay. Around midnight, the power went out, and I was woken up by a beeping sound coming from who knows where. I tried to call the front desk to ask what was going on, but the phone kept showing 'busy.' I thought about going downstairs to find the front desk, but not only were the elevators out, even the emergency exit lights were off… I didn't sleep well all night, and the hotel didn't offer any compensation. Well, that's it then; there won't be a next time.

HHduoxiaoduoThis is a new hotel, and there's a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere – in the hallways and rooms. They even had empty rooms with open doors, presumably to air them out. I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids.
The hardware facilities are pretty good, but the service is terrible. When we checked in, we found the window wouldn't close, and there was no screen either. The front desk refused to change our room and sent a cleaning lady to fix it. She told us all the windows were like that, which was a blatant lie. When I pointed out that a window on the other side *did* close, she fell silent and stopped claiming 'they're all like that.' She still wouldn't change our room, suggesting she could tie the window shut with a rope instead. She even said she didn't think it was a big deal and we could just stay there.
It was 36 degrees Celsius, the window wouldn't close, and there were huge mosquitoes. We insisted on changing rooms – I think that's a pretty basic request, don't you? After a standoff that lasted over ten minutes, the cleaning lady wouldn't even let us sit on the bed, saying, 'If you change rooms, I'll have to clean this one again.'
Overall, there's absolutely no service consciousness, they're dishonest, and they don't solve problems – the service is a complete sham. If the front desk had known the window was broken and proactively offered a room change, we wouldn't have stood in that room waiting for so long. And if the cleaning lady hadn't lied to us, claiming all the windows were like that, and simply said there were no rooms available at such a late hour, I might have actually thought this hotel was decent.

The rainforest-like ecological design immediately immerses you, making it feel like you've checked into an animal kingdom. The rooms are distinctly themed with playful, childlike details, and even the toiletries have a wild, natural scent. The buffet restaurant offers a dazzling array of dishes, from Cantonese dim sum to seafood sashimi – every meal is a feast for the senses, with flamingos freely strolling outside the window providing a fantastic backdrop. The family-friendly facilities are exceptional, with a kids' club, swimming lessons, and pet interactions that keep children entertained all day, allowing adults some well-deserved downtime. The hotel's shuttle service is frequent, making it convenient to get around and saving a lot of walking fatigue. The most stunning part of our stay was the evening grand circus, which far exceeded our expectations. Staying at the hotel meant we could walk straight there and avoid the post-show crowds. The highlight of our entire trip, however, was the service provided by Jiang Ying. She not only proactively helped us optimize our itinerary, cleverly avoiding peak queuing times, but also thoughtfully warned us about heavy rain the next day and suggested adjusting our outdoor activities. Her smile was genuine and warm, and every question was patiently answered. She felt less like a staff member and more like a personal tour guide and even family. We came to Chimelong Hotel for its attractions, but we'll return because of people like her.
