Highly recommend this hotel! Its location is a huge plus, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's an 8-minute walk to Beijing Road's main street, where you can explore the Millennium Ancient Path and retro arcade houses. The Guangxiao Temple is just a 10-minute walk away, and it looks stunning when lit up at night for photos. The Museum of the Nanyue King Palace is right next door, making it super easy to visit historical sites. The hotel is also very close to the Gongyuanqian and Beijing Road subway stations, offering easy transfers between Lines 1, 2, and 6. You can walk to the Sacred Heart Cathedral and Tianzi Pier for a Pearl River night cruise, or take the subway directly to popular attractions like Canton Tower, Shamian Island, and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. There are tons of famous old eateries nearby, so you won't have to travel far for great food. Spend your days exploring historical sites and your evenings enjoying the night views – the itinerary is relaxed and unhurried, perfect for couples or family trips. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. Staying here in Guangzhou saves a lot of commuting time!

My family and I recently spent a weekend at the Kenmore Art Hotel Residence, and it was, in a word, exceptional. We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

This hotel boasts an excellent location – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to all the action. You've got Panyu Wanda Plaza, Sihai City, and Tianhe City right nearby, and getting around is super convenient. The metro station is less than a 15-minute walk away! It was lovely to take a stroll around the area after dinner each night. The hotel is located in a separate apartment building, and from the high floors, you can enjoy views of the commercial district below. The only downside is that the internet signal was really poor, whether for screen mirroring or the TV. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help!

I've always wanted to visit Jiulong Lake, and it's only about a 40-minute drive from Guangzhou. But the moment you enter the resort, it's a completely different vibe – instantly relaxing! It feels like an escape. This time, I chose the resort's most premium hotel, Yin, and it was definitely worth every penny! **Facilities:** The hotel is luxurious and sophisticated. The Marshall speaker and Audio-Technica record player in the room set a fantastic tone! **Environment:** The grand clock tower is right in the center of the resort, an absolutely stunning building that's visible from everywhere. It's a fantastic spot for photos right at the entrance! **Service:** From the moment I booked, I had a dedicated concierge. The arrangements for entering the resort, vehicle license plates, and parking were all incredibly thoughtful and detailed. They even asked about our traveling companions beforehand, so when we arrived, the room was already set up with supplies for our dog. The pet goodie bag was packed with treats – our dog truly got to experience a luxury hotel! Big thumbs up!!! **Hygiene:** I really have to commend them on this. It's a pet-friendly hotel, but you can't detect any pet odors or signs that pets have stayed there. The disinfection and cleaning are clearly very thorough. Our room smelled clean and upscale! I genuinely recommend it for families with pets! Overall, it was fantastic! I'll definitely be back for a second stay!

The hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped; my room even had a projector! There are also small balconies with a table—perfect for chatting in the morning or evening. By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely. Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great. Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind. As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

The room was clean and newly renovated. There's a shopping mall nearby with an underground parking lot. It's right next to the Conrad, making it very convenient for business in the area. Great value for money, I'd definitely stay here again! - Milk Tea

Facilities: Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's facilities and amenities far exceed those of a typical three-star hotel – a pleasant surprise indeed! They also offer stylish and elegant complimentary tea rooms, both large and small, for guests to relax and enjoy tea. The room's lights, air conditioning, curtains, and bathroom are all smart and very convenient to use. Cleanliness: If there's one outstanding feature of Huiyuan, besides its beauty and tastefulness, it has to be its impeccable cleanliness! It's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. I stayed here for an exam at Huazhong Agricultural University, and despite the rainy weather, my second-floor room didn't feel damp or unclean at all. From the lobby to the room, everything was exceptionally spotless. Robot vacuums and cleaning staff were all diligently at work, meticulously cleaning the stairs and corridors. There wasn't a speck of dust in the room, no strange odors, and the solid wood furniture also had no unpleasant smell – very comforting! Environment: It's like a beautiful garden villa. The podocarpus trees, hydrangeas, lemon trees, orchids, ponds, and koi fish – all the plants and animals are so well-cared for. There are also several tea rooms on the first floor with a wonderful ambiance... Sitting there sipping tea and practicing calligraphy is one of life's true pleasures. The hotel owner truly has great taste and vision. Service: All the hotel staff are very gentle and approachable, making you feel right at home. On the first day, when I was checking in and about to go upstairs, the owner proactively helped me with my luggage. When I wanted to throw away some trash after lunch, the cleaning uncle told me to just give it to him. While I was exploring the courtyard, the room cleaning staff were also very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The owner heard we were here for an exam and even offered to drive us there; all we had to do was tell the front desk the time. The next morning, on the day of the exam, the owner punctually drove us. He said he does this for all guests taking exams, as long as they inform him in advance. Summary: This is truly a wonderfully comfortable hotel. The facilities and amenities are excellent, very stylish and high-class. If you have any problems or needs, the hotel will help resolve them. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

InterContinental delivered, as always, a superb experience. The room was large and spacious, and its design was very comfortable – super satisfying. Plus, it offered unparalleled views. The doorman was always on standby at the entrance, proactively opening and closing car doors. All service staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The TV screen mirroring was incredibly smooth, and the walk-in closet even had a large dedicated makeup mirror. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and I believe both the views and the experience there are exceptional, with the only minor drawback being that the water temperature was quite cold. I deducted 0.5 stars each for facilities and service. The breakfast was decent but, considering the price, felt a bit overpriced. Breakfast included Western options (salads, pastries), a hot station (freshly made omelets, bacon, sausages), and a Chinese section. The meat selection at breakfast was very limited (sausage, bacon), and there were small details that needed improvement, such as an insufficient number of tongs in the salad area and racks for coarse grains that were too small (the corn was much wider than its designated rack). At the entrance, there was a lack of clear guidance; the ground floor reception required a detour to the elevators to reach the main hotel lobby on the third floor. Food delivery was also not seamless; riders could only leave orders in a locker, requiring guests to ask the front desk to use a robot to deliver it to the room. The 0.5 deduction for facilities was due to several issues: the bathroom door lock was unusable, the bathtub faucet splattered water, the top of the balcony door got stuck against the frame, and the balcony for the double bed only had one chair, which was a shame as it meant only one person could enjoy the beautiful view at a time.

The hotel's location isn't ideal - it's on a narrow alley with a view of the neighboring building just 5 meters away. But overall, the area is good - shopping centers, popular streets, and the metro are all within a five-minute walk. The reception staff were very friendly and offered a larger room. The rooms themselves are very comfortable and modern - when you swipe your card, the curtains automatically open and the TV turns on. The room had a window that opened, but also air conditioning.

Traveling with two adults and one child, I've stayed at several other family-friendly hotels, but was generally disappointed. I've already warned other moms in my parenting groups about avoiding those places. Pros: 1. The room facilities are excellent, with a full range of children's amenities like small stools and bath bags. Housekeeping did a great job. 2. The Aviary World is very well done overall. Cons: 1. The concierge service was terrible. When checking in, I was pushing a stroller with my left hand and dragging a large suitcase plus a tote bag with my right, but no one offered to help with my luggage or direct me to check-in. 2. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced. They told me the crib was 60x90cm, which made me wonder if they were trying to dissuade me, as I almost said 'never mind, our baby is 88cm and won't fit.' However, the actual crib provided was about 120cm long. 3. It's not as well-equipped as other family hotels. When booking, the customer service rep said cribs couldn't be reserved and were on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. There's no bottle sterilizer/dryer. 4. Both breakfast vouchers required an additional fee, yet on October 2nd, the breakfast buffet was almost empty by 9 AM! Is this acceptable for a five-star hotel? 5. After I complained about issue #1 to Trip.com, the hotel immediately questioned the authenticity of my claim, demanding to review surveillance footage. Two to three hours later, they investigated, sent a text saying they'd compensate me, but nothing ever came of it. It would be great if the hotel could make some management changes after seeing this review. If not, that's fine too; reputation is built by actions.
