Guangzhou Hotels with Balcony

My family and I recently spent a weekend at the Kenmore Art Hotel Residence, and it was, in a word, exceptional. We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

This hotel boasts an excellent location – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to all the action. You've got Panyu Wanda Plaza, Sihai City, and Tianhe City right nearby, and getting around is super convenient. The metro station is less than a 15-minute walk away! It was lovely to take a stroll around the area after dinner each night. The hotel is located in a separate apartment building, and from the high floors, you can enjoy views of the commercial district below. The only downside is that the internet signal was really poor, whether for screen mirroring or the TV. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help!

I've always wanted to visit Jiulong Lake, and it's only about a 40-minute drive from Guangzhou. But the moment you enter the resort, it's a completely different vibe – instantly relaxing! It feels like an escape. This time, I chose the resort's most premium hotel, Yin, and it was definitely worth every penny! **Facilities:** The hotel is luxurious and sophisticated. The Marshall speaker and Audio-Technica record player in the room set a fantastic tone! **Environment:** The grand clock tower is right in the center of the resort, an absolutely stunning building that's visible from everywhere. It's a fantastic spot for photos right at the entrance! **Service:** From the moment I booked, I had a dedicated concierge. The arrangements for entering the resort, vehicle license plates, and parking were all incredibly thoughtful and detailed. They even asked about our traveling companions beforehand, so when we arrived, the room was already set up with supplies for our dog. The pet goodie bag was packed with treats – our dog truly got to experience a luxury hotel! Big thumbs up!!! **Hygiene:** I really have to commend them on this. It's a pet-friendly hotel, but you can't detect any pet odors or signs that pets have stayed there. The disinfection and cleaning are clearly very thorough. Our room smelled clean and upscale! I genuinely recommend it for families with pets! Overall, it was fantastic! I'll definitely be back for a second stay!

The hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped; my room even had a projector! There are also small balconies with a table—perfect for chatting in the morning or evening. By the way, the view is quite nice for a hotel located on the upper floors; they’ve set up a small park on the 18th floor, which looks lovely. Another plus is the toilet—unusual for China—featuring a heated seat and even a bidet! I tried it for the first time ever, and it was great. Also, there are no key cards for room access; everything works via a PIN code provided through WeChat (along with the Wi-Fi details). I’m not sure if that’s a pro or a con, but it’s something to keep in mind. As for the downsides: there are no complimentary water bottles to drink or take with you on the go. However, there is a kitchen (not in every room) with a tap featuring a built-in water filter—which is also a rarity. The hotel’s location is a bit tricky, though they have tried to put up signs. If you’re arriving by metro, finding the right elevator in the tunnels takes some effort—it’s easy to get confused and lose your way.

Facilities: Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's facilities and amenities far exceed those of a typical three-star hotel – a pleasant surprise indeed! They also offer stylish and elegant complimentary tea rooms, both large and small, for guests to relax and enjoy tea. The room's lights, air conditioning, curtains, and bathroom are all smart and very convenient to use. Cleanliness: If there's one outstanding feature of Huiyuan, besides its beauty and tastefulness, it has to be its impeccable cleanliness! It's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. I stayed here for an exam at Huazhong Agricultural University, and despite the rainy weather, my second-floor room didn't feel damp or unclean at all. From the lobby to the room, everything was exceptionally spotless. Robot vacuums and cleaning staff were all diligently at work, meticulously cleaning the stairs and corridors. There wasn't a speck of dust in the room, no strange odors, and the solid wood furniture also had no unpleasant smell – very comforting! Environment: It's like a beautiful garden villa. The podocarpus trees, hydrangeas, lemon trees, orchids, ponds, and koi fish – all the plants and animals are so well-cared for. There are also several tea rooms on the first floor with a wonderful ambiance... Sitting there sipping tea and practicing calligraphy is one of life's true pleasures. The hotel owner truly has great taste and vision. Service: All the hotel staff are very gentle and approachable, making you feel right at home. On the first day, when I was checking in and about to go upstairs, the owner proactively helped me with my luggage. When I wanted to throw away some trash after lunch, the cleaning uncle told me to just give it to him. While I was exploring the courtyard, the room cleaning staff were also very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The owner heard we were here for an exam and even offered to drive us there; all we had to do was tell the front desk the time. The next morning, on the day of the exam, the owner punctually drove us. He said he does this for all guests taking exams, as long as they inform him in advance. Summary: This is truly a wonderfully comfortable hotel. The facilities and amenities are excellent, very stylish and high-class. If you have any problems or needs, the hotel will help resolve them. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

This hotel, shaped like a cruise ship 🚢, is nestled on Bio-Island, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, clean, and bright. The bedding, pillows, and covers were incredibly comfortable. The long, curved balcony is quite unique. The Western restaurant offers a rich breakfast spread, and the room service dishes are also good. The infinity pool on the 18th floor is lovely. The gym on the 17th floor is very spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view from the glass windows. It's a pet-friendly hotel, with a pet bed, pee pad, and bowls provided in the room. The large lawn on the fifth-floor platform is perfect for dogs 🐶 to run and play. There's also another large lawn behind the hotel on the basement level for dogs 🐶 to run and play. I'm so grateful that pet owners can bring their furry family members to stay here. It would be even better if the restaurant had designated pet-friendly areas for dining. After all, there are no other restaurants or hawker stalls around the hotel. If you don't want to go out, you're limited to the hotel restaurant, but pets aren't allowed inside... This makes dining inconvenient for pet-owning families. While delivery is an option, every place takes a very long time (an hour or more). I'll definitely support and patronize this hotel again given the chance 🌹

I slept pretty well, and the free parking was a plus. There are many places to explore nearby, though you'll need to walk about 1 km. Overall, it was good. I didn't book breakfast and instead went to Guangzhou Restaurant nearby, which was quite nice. Having a table made ordering takeout very convenient.

Last year, when I started my new job in Guangdong, my family and I took a detour to Guangzhou. My father booked this hotel, and I remember the service being quite good. This year, I came to Guangzhou alone for a concert and booked this hotel again. It's been renovated a lot, both inside and out. Check-in was much faster than at the B&Bs I used to stay at; they proactively communicated with me to check in as soon as a clean room was available. The room was also completely renovated with no strange odors. When I checked in, both the front desk staff and the cleaning auntie reminded me that the floor had just been mopped and to be careful not to slip, which I really appreciated from the hotel staff. The hotel is also close to Beijing Road subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. If I have the chance to come to Guangzhou again, I'll definitely stay here! 😋👍

Extremely satisfied with our stay at Chimelong Hotel! As soon as we entered, we were drawn in by the strong tropical resort vibe. The room was very clean, and the family-friendly amenities were excellent, making it very suitable for young children. The hotel's shuttle service made getting around convenient, saving us a lot of hassle. The staff were enthusiastic and the White Tiger Buffet dinner had an amazing ambiance. Our whole family had a fantastic time – it's definitely our top choice for family trips!

Before booking I had call them through Trip.com that I will be landing in the night and will need to check in early. Over phone they said yes but when I tried to check in they didn’t allow. I had to pay 100 RMB extra for the night but they did upgraded the room. Airport transfer was also included with this room but they didn’t provide the airport transfer when I requested.
