Romantic Hotels in Guangzhou

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

Our room was on the third floor, and the bubble pool on the balcony was super comfortable. We had originally booked a twin room, but wanted to switch to a king-size bed. The front desk lady was really helpful in getting that sorted for us. The Splash Park is great for younger kids, and the Forest Park is also a lot of fun. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the on-site pool is very relaxing. Highly recommend! Our sweet butler, Tiantian, was exceptionally good. She checked in with us promptly, brought our child a small toy and some fruit, and quickly resolved an issue with a power outlet. She addressed all our concerns in a timely manner. Thumbs up!

I've stayed at Sanying many times; it's a well-established hot spring hotel. The buffet dinner offers great value for money and is definitely worth it! Breakfast also has a wide variety, meeting five-star hotel standards! After a hike, soaking in the hot springs with the family is always a joy. The surrounding amenities are also getting better and better. I'll definitely be back!

I loved this hotel. It feels sophisticated and elegant, and the staff are amazing — professional, helpful, and welcoming. The whole hotel has a very international atmosphere, which I really enjoyed. Breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the Cantonese dishes, such as the wontons and changfen, but there was also a great variety of Western and Asian food, drinks, sweets, and other options. Everything felt fresh and high quality. Our room was cozy while still being spacious and comfortable, and even the bathroom essentials and amenities provided were noticeably high quality. My only real disappointment was the pool. I was particularly looking forward to spending time there, but the sun disappears behind the building at around 11 a.m., so there is no direct sunlight in the afternoon. While the sunbeds and surrounding area are designed for relaxing, the pool itself is quite shallow and seems to be very family-oriented, with plenty of children and even swimming lessons taking place. So if relaxing by a sunny, peaceful pool is an important part of your stay, I probably wouldn't choose this hotel. We also tried the dinner buffet. The food was good and there was plenty of variety, but at almost 700 RMB, I simply don't think it offers good value for money. I had high expectations because of the price, and while it was certainly nice, I have had equally good or better hotel buffets elsewhere for around half the price. Overall, though, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. I would definitely like to come back and try the Churchill Bar and afternoon tea next time. It's a great choice for a staycation or if you need to be in central Guangzhou and want somewhere comfortable and sophisticated to stay.

What truly surprised and touched me was the incredibly warm and meticulous service from our dedicated butler, Candy. Understanding that we were specifically there to relax, Candy proactively and kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade. She patiently explained the advantages of the upgraded room type, meticulously detailing the room layout, facility usage, hotel amenities, and even pool opening hours and precautions. Her demeanor was gentle and professional. The upgraded room boasted expansive views and excellent natural light, feeling significantly more spacious than the standard room. The entire room was clean and tidy, with exquisite soft furnishings, soft and skin-friendly bedding, and high-quality toiletries. Every detail showed careful consideration, instantly melting away any travel fatigue. The hotel's swimming pool was the biggest highlight of our stay and a key contributor to the overall vacation vibe. The pool area was clean and elegant, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tranquil atmosphere. It felt spacious and grand, with a well-organized layout. The water was crystal clear, clean, and odorless, with excellent regular disinfection and maintenance evident. It was visibly clean and refreshing, making us feel safe and secure while swimming. The pool was divided into adult and children's areas, perfect for both immersive swimming workouts and leisurely relaxation or photo opportunities. The pool was never overly crowded or noisy. Whether swimming under the sun during the day or playing in the water with the evening breeze, the ambiance was perfect. The poolside facilities were comprehensive, with clean towels, drinking water, and lounge chairs readily available, showcasing exceptional attention to detail in service. Swimming in the clear water, feeling the gentle evening breeze, and being surrounded by the serene environment, we fully immersed ourselves in a relaxing and therapeutic vacation. Overall, the hotel not only boasts excellent hardware facilities, but its attentive service was the biggest bonus. Butler Candy was always responsive and accommodating, making us feel incredibly warm with her meticulous and thoughtful service. From the warm room upgrade to the perfect pool experience, every detail reflected the hotel's dedication and quality. It offered incredible value for money and a perfect experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next vacation and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The room isn't huge, but it's very comfortable. It's cleaned daily, and they provide free water and drinks. The best part is definitely the breakfast, afternoon tea with snacks and fruits, and the late-night congee, sweet soup, and fruits – they are absolutely amazing! You could happily stay in the hotel all day without going out. There are so many food and drink options nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to Beijing Road subway station. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied with our stay at Chimelong Hotel! As soon as we entered, we were drawn in by the strong tropical resort vibe. The room was very clean, and the family-friendly amenities were excellent, making it very suitable for young children. The hotel's shuttle service made getting around convenient, saving us a lot of hassle. The staff were enthusiastic and the White Tiger Buffet dinner had an amazing ambiance. Our whole family had a fantastic time – it's definitely our top choice for family trips!

The room was great, spacious and bright, and the location was absolutely fantastic – super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room; it was so noisy, constantly buzzing, which made it hard for my elderly parents to get a good night's sleep. Also, the parking fee was a bit expensive; it would be great if the hotel offered a discounted rate.

This hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, making it super convenient for getting around. Dining and shopping are just a stone's throw away, and you can find pretty much anything you're craving within a few kilometers. I even drove this time, and parking was a breeze with plenty of available spots. This is pretty much my go-to place whenever I'm in Guangzhou.

Our Chimelong family trip this time was absolutely fantastic! We pre-booked the ”1318 RMB Chimelong Group Hotel 2-day 1-night Family Voucher Package” through Trip.com, then selected our hotel and dates and headed off. First, checking into Chimelong Panda Hotel was such a delightful surprise; it’s filled with a charming panda-themed atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. The little ones screamed with joy as soon as they walked in – an amazing check-in experience! ✨ On the first day, we went straight to Chimelong Water Park. There were so many fun and thrilling rides! From the relaxing lazy river to the exhilarating Behemoth Bowl, every slide offered maximum enjoyment. The water was clean, and the park facilities were excellent, making it the perfect choice for beating the summer heat. We had a blast all day long. On the second day, we visited Chimelong Safari Park. Even though it poured rain, it didn't dampen our enthusiasm one bit! We set off early and took the first ride on the small train from the South Gate to explore. The park is huge, and the variety of animals is incredible! You can feed small animals up close, and the self-driving area offers a fantastic viewing experience. The spectacular circus performance is not to be missed. Strolling around and exploring was so much fun; both adults and children had a wonderful time. Overall, the trip was comfortable and joyful. Both the hotel and park services were top-notch. It's perfect for family trips or friends traveling together. We'll definitely choose Chimelong for our next vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone!
