I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

Forest Sea Hot Spring Resort Hotel, Baishui Village
This is my third visit to Forest Sea Resort, and the overall experience has once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel is nestled next to Baishui Village, surrounded by lush green mountains and trees, offering a tranquil environment. You can enjoy stunning mountain views right from your window.
The hotel amenities are excellent. Guests get unlimited access to the water park, which is indoors and temperature-controlled, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain. There's a wide variety of rides and attractions for all ages. This summer, they also opened a new Forest Park with various amusement rides and shows, which was a huge hit with both adults and kids.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The family rooms come with fun amenities like slides, which my kids absolutely loved. There are plenty of dining options, and the breakfast buffet is diverse. The service is prompt, and the staff are polite and friendly.
Everything you need for dining, entertainment, and relaxation can be found within the resort, making it incredibly convenient without the need to travel back and forth.

The surrounding amenities are also getting better and better. I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserI chose this castle-themed hotel for my trip, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. It's perfectly suited for self-driving tours, leisure vacations, or even short business stays. The hotel's most striking feature is its European castle exterior, with pointed spires, domes, and delicate carvings. From a distance, it creates an incredible ambiance, making every photo Instagram-worthy. When the lights come on in the evening, it truly looks like a fairytale castle. Even my friends couldn't help but stop to take pictures – the building's aesthetic alone significantly boosted our overall impression.
During check-in, the staff member who assisted me, Jianbing, left a particularly deep impression. His service was enthusiastic and patient, meticulous and thoughtful throughout. He proactively introduced me to the hotel's various special facilities, from photo spots around the castle architecture to the operating hours of the buffet breakfast, pool, and executive lounge, as well as the parking location and sightseeing routes – he explained everything clearly. He patiently answered all my questions, and his detailed and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome the moment I walked in.
For those traveling by car, I must commend the hotel's parking lot. It's spacious with plenty of parking spaces, so there's no need to worry about not finding a spot if you arrive late. The lanes are wide, making it easy to park both large and small vehicles. Parking was completely hassle-free, with no need to drive around looking for an empty spot, which is especially friendly for guests driving their own cars.
The buffet breakfast was a major surprise during this stay, with such a dizzying variety of options. The ingredients were fresh, and food was replenished promptly. The flavors catered to all ages, ensuring a satisfying and abundant breakfast every day, setting us up for an energetic start.
The hotel also features an executive lounge, which offers a quiet and elegant environment with expansive views. It provides snacks, drinks, and afternoon tea, eliminating the need to go out for extra meals. The lounge's comfortable setting is perfect for a relaxing break or simple work, making the executive benefits incredibly cost-effective.
The hotel's swimming pool offered an excellent experience. The water was clean and clear, and the pool area was well-lit. The decor was consistent with the overall castle style, making it suitable for adults to swim and relax, or for children to play. The facilities were well-maintained and spotless.
The guest rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The entire hotel combines aesthetics, dining, leisure amenities, and convenient parking, further enhanced by Jianbing's warm and meticulous service. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic, making it suitable for both short getaways and longer stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room isn't huge, but it's very comfortable. It's cleaned daily, and they provide free water and drinks. The best part is definitely the breakfast, afternoon tea with snacks and fruits, and the late-night congee, sweet soup, and fruits – they are absolutely amazing! You could happily stay in the hotel all day without going out. There are so many food and drink options nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to Beijing Road subway station. Highly recommended!

Guest UserI want to give a huge shout-out to server Yang Xiaoying. My stay at Chimelong Hotel left a wonderful impression, largely thanks to her. After we checked in, Yang Xiaoying proactively reached out online to inform us about the hotel's various convenient services. Upon learning that we were traveling with elderly family members, she specifically reminded us that we could contact housekeeping if we needed any extra items for the room. She also patiently explained the hotel's internal routes to prevent us from getting lost in such a vast property.
The Safari-themed room we stayed in was uniquely decorated and spotlessly clean. The carpets and sofa were free of stains and odors, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained with a stable hot water supply. The desk and leisure sofa were fully equipped, making it suitable for both relaxing or doing some light work.
The hotel's overall facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, bowling alley, and creative cultural shops all readily available. The garden environment is lush and green, with animal-themed decorations everywhere; walking around the hotel felt like being in a tropical jungle.
The dining experience was equally impressive. The authentic Cantonese cuisine at Qilin Chinese Restaurant was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the service was consistently efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of Northern and Southern Chinese dishes, ensuring everyone, from seniors to children, could find something they enjoyed.
The hotel shuttle bus provides direct access to the various theme parks, and the luggage storage service was convenient and available as needed, greatly reducing our travel burden.
Once again, I'd like to thank server Yang Xiaoying for her patient and attentive service. Her professionalism and warmth truly enhanced our trip.

For our Chimelong trip on the 24th-25th, I compared several options and decisively chose the Panda Hotel over the Chimelong Hotel after careful consideration. The entire stay far exceeded our expectations, especially for families with young children. Everything, from the facilities and family-friendly details to the service and convenience of getting to and from the parks, was incredibly satisfying. I sincerely recommend this hotel to any family visiting Chimelong.
The hotel is fully themed around a charming panda fairy tale. As soon as you step into the lobby, the atmosphere is instantly captivating, with adorable panda triplets visible everywhere. The decor is exquisite and whimsical, and the public areas are clean and tidy, indicating excellent maintenance. My child was particularly thrilled; they could see small animals up close without even entering the park, having a fantastic time just within the hotel.
During check-in, the front desk staff were warm and patient, and very friendly towards children. They meticulously explained guest benefits, shuttle bus schedules, and important park entry information. Check-out was also very efficient. We could even rent strollers, cribs, and bed rails, which made traveling with a young baby very convenient. This was booked via Trip.com.
Our family-themed room was spacious, filled with cute panda-themed details everywhere, and decorated in a playful, lovely color scheme. My child absolutely adored it from the moment we walked in. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring both adults and children could get a good rest after a full day of playing. The room thoughtfully catered to children, providing kids' slippers, bathrobes, and cartoon-themed toiletries. The bathroom even had a non-slip mat. These thoughtful family-friendly details were everywhere, making it safe and comfortable for the kids. The room also featured a dedicated small bed for children, giving them their own little space, which truly enhanced the overall experience.
The hotel offers a wide range of dining options. The buffet restaurant had many dishes suitable for children's tastes, and the Food Town was also very convenient for meals, meaning we didn't have to go far to eat. The biggest plus point was the incredibly convenient transportation to and from the four major parks! The hotel provides a free shuttle bus with frequent services. Hotel guests can enter the parks earlier, which gave us a lot more playtime. For Chimelong Paradise, Water Park, and International Circus, you can directly walk via the Starlight Corridor on the hotel's second floor, avoiding sun or rain. It only takes a few minutes to reach the park entrance, and there's a special entrance for guests, bypassing large crowds and significantly saving waiting time. When tired, you can easily take a shuttle bus or walk back to the hotel for a rest. Even if the children are exhausted, they don't have to travel long distances, allowing for effortless movement between the park and the hotel.
After a two-day, one-night stay, the themed atmosphere was immersive, family-friendly details were spot on, service was attentive, and the location was excellent, making visits to the four major parks effortless. My child had a fun and comfortable time throughout. I was extremely satisfied with this stay, and I will prioritize the Panda Hotel again for our next visit to Chimelong. Highly recommended for families with children!
