My overall stay was quite good, meeting my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The location was convenient for getting around, and the public areas were well-maintained and spotless. The thoughtful details and excellent value for money made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

I'm from Bangladesh. I went to China for business purposes and stayed at the Hanting Hotel, Guangzhou from 14-Oct-25 to 20-Oct-25. It was a mixed experience at the hotel. At the time of check-in they unnecessarily asked for so many extra papers and were humiliated by taking pictures of the guests like criminals (see photo). Then about the room, it was named Superior King Double A type, but the room is very small, congested and not suitable for 2 pax (see photo). The cleaning staff came everyday for cleaning & changing amenities. Location is in very convenient area, subway is very near, to many options for halal restaurants, and most importantly there are so many retail & wholesale markets for shopping. About service, it was mixed, at the time of check-in I was very mad at them because of their insulting behavior towards us but at the time of check-out I was very much satisfied, because of 2 reasons: I wanted to purchase a product but couldn't find it anywhere in Guangzhou but the hotel reception helped a lot for getting that. And as we shopped a lot and had 5 pieces of luggage with us so we checked out at midnight, they arranged a big spacious luxury van for us. Actually the overall experience was not bad but the 2 lady staff who do duty at night was ridiculous otherwise everything was not that much bad.

The place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Every day they refreshed your towels and amenities. The TV and lights had some really cool functions like different settings, and there was even a robot that could deliver water to your room!! The location is in this small alleyway connected to a really nice street, it’s really easy to get a didi from the road and there’s many cool shops and restaurants right outside the hotel. Some people may find the little alleyway a little off putting but I thought it was really cool and I loved the view from the higher floors. The service was great, we just used Google translate to chat to the staff about anything we needed, checking in and out was super quick. One thing is that there is no breakfast, we probably should’ve known that already, but when we arrived we saw some sort of buffet style area connected to the hotel and just assumed perhaps there. Would be breakfast, as it turns out that buffet is owned by a different organisation. Nevertheless you can easily order food (and packages) to your room, and the robot can deliver you instant noodles😂. Me and my friends had a great time here, I’d say the only thing that was slightly off putting was that the ventilation system in the bathroom smelt a little bit odd after being on for a long time, but otherwise we have absolutely nothing to complain about! The location is extremely close to Teemall and Beijing Road, and also a short walk from the canal if you wish to stroll along the waterway. The staff and amenities are all great, and the rooms are sanitised and genuinely really great quality for the price we paid! We would definitely stay here again if given the chance!

I have to commend this hotel for its exceptional accommodation of late-night travelers. They specifically support check-ins in the early hours, meaning no matter how late you arrive, you can always check in as the hotel never closes. This completely solves the problem of finding no available rooms after late flights or train journeys. The staff working the night shift maintained an incredibly high level of service, being polite and gentle without any sign of fatigue. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and completely un-delayed. The room itself was exceptionally well-maintained, with a clean and hygienic environment in every corner. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning night views, and the quiet late-night atmosphere, combined with the city lights, created an incredible ambiance. The room's detailed amenities were very thoughtful: the soft-light desk lamp was perfect for nighttime use, not harsh or disturbing to the eyes; the mirror was clear and clean; and the independent bathroom was dry, odor-free, with smooth drainage. The room also came with a silent mini-fridge, very practical for storing drinks, and the mosquito repellent liquid placed in the corner ensured a peaceful and secure stay even during summer nights. The bedding was flat, clean, soft, and skin-friendly, providing a relaxed and comfortable sleep. The only minor drawback was the average soundproofing, as faint outside noises could occasionally be heard. However, overall, with its thoughtful late-night service and clean, comfortable rooms, it's the top choice for anyone traveling late at night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost Perfect Stay! 📍 Location: Superb! Super convenient for exploring the city 🚇 🏢 Room: Stayed on the 36th floor (highest level) – the view was absolutely stunning! 🌃 Room looks modern and very clean. 🧺 Amenities: Loved the mini fridge, washing machine AND dryer in-room 🧼👕 – so practical for longer stays! 🪳 One downside: Unfortunately spotted a cockroach during my stay, which was disappointing. But it was taken care of by the cleaner. Otherwise, this would easily be a 10/10! Overall: Great value, amazing view & facilities – just hope the hygiene issue gets addressed. Would still recommend with a small caution. ✨

Before booking I had call them through Trip.com that I will be landing in the night and will need to check in early. Over phone they said yes but when I tried to check in they didn’t allow. I had to pay 100 RMB extra for the night but they did upgraded the room. Airport transfer was also included with this room but they didn’t provide the airport transfer when I requested. I had to pay another 50 RMB extra for that. Room Cleanness : 10/10 Room View : 10/10 Service : 3.5/5

I had a transit stay in Guangzhou and booked a room at Jiazhou Shishang Apartment. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made it a practical choice for a short layover. The hotel also provided airport pick-up and drop-off service, making transportation easier and stress-free. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, though the facilities were fairly basic. The staff were helpful, but communication in English could sometimes be a bit challenging. Overall, it is a good value-for-money option for a short transit stay. However, for a longer or more luxurious stay, you might consider other accommodation options.

Wishing you a smooth journey throughout! The staff were responsive, prompt, and patient. The room was spotlessly clean. The price was moderate, and the overall experience quality was excellent. Downstairs, transportation is convenient with a subway station right next door, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. The value for money is outstanding, and I'm very satisfied overall.

The hotel’s location is excellent, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and shopping and dining options are conveniently located nearby. Transportation is also very accessible, and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating.
