OOhyeahhhhhhhhhhThe hotel's location is ideal, very close to Park Front Metro Station, just a 7–8 minute walk from B2. This makes transportation incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and shopping.
The manager and front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which is a thoughtful service, allowing us to explore further without our bags.
Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Both the location and service quality were excellent. It's a hotel I'd definitely recommend. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

RRia AFGThis place was perfect. Very spacious, with a beautiful view and a great location. It was also very close to an Afghan restaurant, which was really nice. There’s also a big shopping mall right next to the hotel.
The only issue was that I don’t think the hotel was very clean, as there was dust in a lot of places. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guangzhou.

HHduoxiaoduoThis is a new hotel, and there's a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere – in the hallways and rooms. They even had empty rooms with open doors, presumably to air them out. I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids.
The hardware facilities are pretty good, but the service is terrible. When we checked in, we found the window wouldn't close, and there was no screen either. The front desk refused to change our room and sent a cleaning lady to fix it. She told us all the windows were like that, which was a blatant lie. When I pointed out that a window on the other side *did* close, she fell silent and stopped claiming 'they're all like that.' She still wouldn't change our room, suggesting she could tie the window shut with a rope instead. She even said she didn't think it was a big deal and we could just stay there.
It was 36 degrees Celsius, the window wouldn't close, and there were huge mosquitoes. We insisted on changing rooms – I think that's a pretty basic request, don't you? After a standoff that lasted over ten minutes, the cleaning lady wouldn't even let us sit on the bed, saying, 'If you change rooms, I'll have to clean this one again.'
Overall, there's absolutely no service consciousness, they're dishonest, and they don't solve problems – the service is a complete sham. If the front desk had known the window was broken and proactively offered a room change, we wouldn't have stood in that room waiting for so long. And if the cleaning lady hadn't lied to us, claiming all the windows were like that, and simply said there were no rooms available at such a late hour, I might have actually thought this hotel was decent.

GGuest User[Hotel Delights | Vanburgh Hotel] Care package for your stay: My recent stay at this hotel in Tianhe, Guangzhou was a fantastic surprise – easily the best overall experience I've had recently at a hotel in a commercial district. The hotel has a unique design with the front desk on the 7th floor for transfers, which felt very upscale on my first visit. The transfer lobby is spacious, bright, and spotless, with a simple yet elegant decor. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, making the check-in process feel relaxed and pleasant. This exclusive transfer design, where you take an elevator directly up, perfectly isolates the noise and crowds from the commercial area below and the street. The guest room areas are incredibly quiet, truly offering a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere for resting is exceptionally good.

📍 Location: Superb! Super convenient for exploring the city 🚇
🏢 Room: Stayed on the 36th floor (highest level) – the view was absolutely stunning! 🌃 Room looks modern and very clean.
🧺 Amenities: Loved the mini fridge, washing machine AND dryer in-room 🧼👕 – so practical for longer stays!
🪳 One downside: Unfortunately spotted a cockroach during my stay, which was disappointing. But it was taken care of by the cleaner. Otherwise, this would easily be a 10/10!
Overall: Great value, amazing view & facilities – just hope the hygiene issue gets addressed. Would still recommend with a small caution. ✨

RReyad RahmanBefore booking I had call them through Trip.com that I will be landing in the night and will need to check in early. Over phone they said yes but when I tried to check in they didn’t allow.
I had to pay 100 RMB extra for the night but they did upgraded the room.
Airport transfer was also included with this room but they didn’t provide the airport transfer when I requested. I had to pay another 50 RMB extra for that.

The room's window faces the hallway, so ventilation is poor, but the hygiene is acceptable. The facilities are quite old, especially the shower, where the water pressure is so low you can barely take a proper shower. The price difference for rooms with windows is too significant. Compared to nearby guesthouses, the value for money isn't great!
