"I was looking for a hotel with convenient city access in Guangzhou for a trip with my kids. By chance, I stumbled upon this guesthouse on Huiji West Road, a famous 'influencer street,' and it was a delightful surprise! It's a simple yet elegant guesthouse with an all-white design that my kids absolutely loved. We even discovered that the hotel itself is a popular spot for Instagram photos. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented, and all children ate for free. We were also given complimentary snacks and cake upon arrival, and the kids couldn't stop raving about how good the cake was! The giant projector screen in the room was another huge hit with them. A big thank you to the owner for their thoughtfulness! We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Guangzhou."

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was infected by the enthusiasm of the boss! The room is clean and tidy, the layout is very exquisite, every detail can see the owner's intentions. And the service is also very thoughtful, this time I brought the children in the past, the proprietress was very intimate to send desserts, bathrobes and toiletries, moisturizers for the children! This seemingly insignificant detail, but it reveals a deep insight and care for the needs of the guests! Make people feel at home! During the whole stay, whether it is the reception or the room service, it makes me feel the persistent pursuit of service quality of the hotel staff! The environment is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city! It is a good place to relax...highly recommended!

Guest UserFacilities: The room was spacious. The sink design was a bit odd; water would splash out if turned up too high. The garden lacked a faucet, making it inconvenient for washing up after a barbecue. The air conditioning was quite loud; I thought it was raining heavily outside all night. It would be great if they added more amenities for children.
Hygiene: The hygiene was good.
Environment: The surrounding environment was decent and quiet, and there's a stream nearby for溯溪 (stream trekking). However, I think the location could be improved. Since it's next to restaurants and houses, there's bound to be some domestic waste and wastewater discharged into the stream, which doesn't feel very clean. Also, the B&B isn't separated from the surrounding properties, meaning it's interconnected, which made me feel a bit insecure at night.
Service: The service was the best! They met all our requests. It would have been even better if they had informed us in advance about what there was to explore around the B&B during check-in.
They offered afternoon tea, welcome fruit, snacks, and a minibar, all complimentary.

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

The B&B has a quiet, yet engaging atmosphere, blending relaxation with activities. You can enjoy authentic hot springs, which are great for both mind and body ♨. It's clear the owner put a lot of thought into the design and decor.
We cooked outdoors over a wood fire with the whole family, which was a wonderful experience of rural life. There's also a swimming pool, fishing, ping-pong, billiards, and other recreational facilities.
There was a minor hiccup when our BBQ food in the freezer was mistakenly taken by other guests. The owner was very proactive in helping us check surveillance footage and resolve the issue. Although we missed out on outdoor grilling, we unexpectedly discovered the adjacent Forest Sea Water Park, which was incredibly fun. It wasn't crowded this season and was super convenient and close by. The last two photos are of Forest Sea Park – the kayaking and beach were fantastic and not expensive. It's much more cost-effective than staying directly at the Forest Sea Hotel.

Anonymous UserAs a seasoned traveler who's explored all corners of the country and stayed in countless hotels, this one was an absolute surprise on my latest trip, earning a heartfelt five-star rating!
The location is truly exceptional, right next to the main scenic area and Duck Cave River. Parking is convenient for those driving, and it's super easy to walk to attractions and find local specialty foods – perfectly suited for independent travel. The front desk staff was professional and efficient, handling ID checks and check-in smoothly. Our housekeeper, Xiao Kang, was incredibly responsive and attentive, providing excellent service. They were knowledgeable about local routes and even recommended some less-known spots, which greatly enhanced our trip planning.
The guest room itself was bright and airy with ample space, easily accommodating large luggage. The cleaning was meticulous, and the bedding was soft and dry, instantly relieving travel fatigue after a long day. The 24-hour hot spring water supply was stable, the air conditioning was quiet, and the room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a superb night's rest.
The hotel security was on duty around the clock, making us feel very safe, and all facilities were well-maintained. Whether it's a short weekend getaway or a long, in-depth journey, this is an excellent choice for accommodation. It's already on my list of go-to hotels for future trips, and I'll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to all fellow travelers!

Beforehand, seeing the price of ”Sushanfang” made me a little apprehensive, worried it wouldn't be good value for money. But after checking in, all my concerns vanished – it was absolutely a perfect experience, well worth the price!
First, I must praise the service. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. For us pet-friendly travelers, it was paradise! The guesthouse is extremely pet-friendly; dog poop bags and trash cans were everywhere, a thoughtful touch that made us feel very safe.
The room's view was simply unbeatable! Opening the door, a vast expanse of vibrant forest greeted us – it was like a painting. The overall landscaping of the guesthouse was beautifully designed, with scenic views everywhere, and the air filled with the scent of nature.
Some reviews mentioned the bedding was just average, but during my stay, I found the mattress to be perfectly firm, and there were two pillow options, making for a very comfortable sleep.
Furthermore, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious; the air conditioning was excellent, providing the perfect temperature even in the mountains. This stay was a perfect 100, and I would definitely choose Sushanfang again next time!

Guest UserI've stayed at Sanying many times; it's a well-established hot spring hotel. The buffet dinner offers great value for money and is definitely worth it! Breakfast also has a wide variety, meeting five-star hotel standards! After a hike, soaking in the hot springs with the family is always a joy. The surrounding amenities are also getting better and better. I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserThe hotel looked better in the pictures than in real life! Honestly, the overall environment was decent, and there were several pleasant surprises during our stay, like the afternoon tea included in our package and the fruit platter specially provided at the hot spring. However, the downside was the hotel staff's somewhat aggressive upselling. They offered us a room upgrade but wanted an additional 80 yuan per hot spring tub (even though the room I booked already had a private tub!). Also, we had to pay extra for our child exceeding the limit, and this was only for a single entry (a multi-entry pass cost over 100 yuan per person, with no discount for hotel guests). What was even funnier was that each room was limited to 4 bottles of mineral water. We took 5 bottles the first night because we needed more water after using the hot spring, and then they wouldn't give us any more the next day! On checkout day, I wanted to take two bottles of water, but the front desk didn't even have any. Oh well, it's not like we're desperate for those two bottles. Overall, I'd say the hotel lacks generosity. I probably won't be booking here again!

Located in the valley at the entrance of Conghua Street, the campsite is very large. The whole valley is full of lychee trees. It should be nice to come here in summer.
We booked a mountain stream tent, which is quite large. There are two 1.5 beds. The family of three slept very comfortably. There is a large hot spring pool on the balcony. It is very comfortable to take a bath at night.
The children went fishing. There are so many fish in the small pond in the campsite. They caught a lot of fish in one or two hours. It was very fun.

LarrilarioMy room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard:
1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all;
2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again.
3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment.
I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.
