From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was infected by the enthusiasm of the boss! The room is clean and tidy, the layout is very exquisite, every detail can see the owner's intentions. And the service is also very thoughtful, this time I brought the children in the past, the proprietress was very intimate to send desserts, bathrobes and toiletries, moisturizers for the children! This seemingly insignificant detail, but it reveals a deep insight and care for the needs of the guests! Make people feel at home! During the whole stay, whether it is the reception or the room service, it makes me feel the persistent pursuit of service quality of the hotel staff! The environment is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city! It is a good place to relax...highly recommended!

Guest UserEverything about this place was unexpectedly good – a hidden gem in a quiet, secluded village! The staff were all very polite, and their directions were crystal clear. A special shout-out to the 'village head' (the manager/owner) who took the kids on stream trekking and taught them about various small animals; the children absolutely loved it! Just one small suggestion: adding a public self-service laundry room would be great, so we can wash our wet clothes right after swimming.

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

The B&B has a quiet, yet engaging atmosphere, blending relaxation with activities. You can enjoy authentic hot springs, which are great for both mind and body ♨. It's clear the owner put a lot of thought into the design and decor.
We cooked outdoors over a wood fire with the whole family, which was a wonderful experience of rural life. There's also a swimming pool, fishing, ping-pong, billiards, and other recreational facilities.
There was a minor hiccup when our BBQ food in the freezer was mistakenly taken by other guests. The owner was very proactive in helping us check surveillance footage and resolve the issue. Although we missed out on outdoor grilling, we unexpectedly discovered the adjacent Forest Sea Water Park, which was incredibly fun. It wasn't crowded this season and was super convenient and close by. The last two photos are of Forest Sea Park – the kayaking and beach were fantastic and not expensive. It's much more cost-effective than staying directly at the Forest Sea Hotel.

I made a last-minute decision to stay here and was pleasantly surprised. The manor is nestled deep in the mountains, and the environment is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend the room types with a pool; swimming on a rainy day was incredibly relaxing. You can also request a car to take you between different locations, which is very convenient. I will definitely be back again.

Guest UserTook the kids for a weekend getaway to Zengcheng Jinxiu Xiangjiang Hot Spring Resort, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! I just have to rave about this hot spring hotel ❤️
✅ Environment & Accommodation: The guest rooms were spotless, so hygiene was absolutely no concern. The rooms are incredibly spacious with expansive views, creating a perfect home-away-from-home vacation vibe. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the air is fresh, and the hot spring environment is incredibly therapeutic.
✅ Facilities: The resort offers a wide variety of hot springs with numerous pools, making both morning and evening soaks enjoyable. While the on-site water park isn't huge, the children's slides and splash areas are perfectly designed for little ones, keeping the kids entertained all day long.
✅ The warm and thoughtful service definitely deserves a special shout-out:
The front desk check-in was efficient and friendly, and they kindly upgraded our room. Considering it would be inconvenient for the child to sleep, we contacted housekeeping to help combine the beds. The staff members were incredibly patient and went above and beyond to arrange everything perfectly, providing gentle and thorough service. Upon checkout, they even gifted us with a lovely souvenir, showing great attention to detail.
Their signature tofu pudding is soft, sweet, and absolutely delicious – an unforgettable taste.
All the staff were enthusiastic and meticulous in their service, ensuring all our needs as a family with children were well taken care of. The value for money is exceptional, making it highly suitable for short family getaways. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

Guest UserThe hotel looked better in the pictures than in real life! Honestly, the overall environment was decent, and there were several pleasant surprises during our stay, like the afternoon tea included in our package and the fruit platter specially provided at the hot spring. However, the downside was the hotel staff's somewhat aggressive upselling. They offered us a room upgrade but wanted an additional 80 yuan per hot spring tub (even though the room I booked already had a private tub!). Also, we had to pay extra for our child exceeding the limit, and this was only for a single entry (a multi-entry pass cost over 100 yuan per person, with no discount for hotel guests). What was even funnier was that each room was limited to 4 bottles of mineral water. We took 5 bottles the first night because we needed more water after using the hot spring, and then they wouldn't give us any more the next day! On checkout day, I wanted to take two bottles of water, but the front desk didn't even have any. Oh well, it's not like we're desperate for those two bottles. Overall, I'd say the hotel lacks generosity. I probably won't be booking here again!

AmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

YueyueyijiaHighly, highly, highly recommended!!!
This is a Thai-style hotel. I read reviews for so many hotels before booking this one, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Even my two elderly family members raved about it!
Every customer service agent, the buggy drivers, and the servers were all incredibly polite and enthusiastic! The 24-hour service was super responsive, and the service attitude was consistently excellent, day or night – it made us feel very comfortable.
On the day of check-in, the hotel was fully booked, and the two room types I booked were a bit far apart. The lake view room wasn't ready until 4 PM. After discussing it with them, the hotel manager and a customer service agent worked hard to get us an upgrade to a villa, and they even added an extra bed for free, which made us so happy!
The hot springs inside are very comfortable and smell wonderful, offering great privacy. Even though it was fully booked that day, there were enough pools that each family could pretty much enjoy one to themselves, which was fantastic.
Many thanks to the hotel for their arrangements. Everyone in my family said we need to arrange another trip here.

The room was very spacious, and the courtyard environment was quite pleasant with almost no insects, making evenings quite comfortable.
However, could the bed linen, living room pillowcases, and chair cushions be changed more frequently? They were a bit dirty; I didn't even dare to sit on them.
The hot spring bath was very comfortable; the water could be refilled endlessly without extra charge, which was great. The pool was also quite clean.
The restaurant food was just so-so, nothing special to mention. I'd recommend eating at a nearby farmhouse instead.
