"Location: Overall was excellent as it had close access to many touristy attractive side-roads and the main roads, and it's proximity to the metro was very close.
Cleanliness: It was clean and clutter-free.
Service: Staff were very nice, helpful, and attentive. They would greet us and engage in friendly conversation, and share local insights, food and travel tips, and sightseeing recommendations (via wechat - very convenient).
Facilities: The included breakfast was pretty good - sweet oranges and cherry tomatoes, oatmeal, sweet potatoes and some dim sum. The cute little coffee shop on the ground floor is tastefully designed and decorated and a popular photo opportunity.
Room: The room was very well lit, warm, and inviting - great use of colours and smooth curves. The bed was very comfortable, spongy, and supporting. The toilet and the shower were connected, with a separate bathtub outside that was very big and round - great for relaxing soaks and the provided bath salts were very good. Not much of a view from our room but the kindergarten opposite injects some lively energy and laughter in the morning.

MM54298****From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was infected by the enthusiasm of the boss! The room is clean and tidy, the layout is very exquisite, every detail can see the owner's intentions. And the service is also very thoughtful, this time I brought the children in the past, the proprietress was very intimate to send desserts, bathrobes and toiletries, moisturizers for the children! This seemingly insignificant detail, but it reveals a deep insight and care for the needs of the guests! Make people feel at home! During the whole stay, whether it is the reception or the room service, it makes me feel the persistent pursuit of service quality of the hotel staff! The environment is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city! It is a good place to relax...highly recommended!

GGuest UserOverall, a great experience! Within a two-hour drive from Guangzhou, it's one of the rare boutique guesthouses. Many guesthouses just capitalize on good scenic locations and build a few grand courtyards, making them feel luxurious, but at their core, they're still just glorified farmhouses. This place, however, clearly shows attention to detail with both its design and dedicated management. The service, in particular, is highly commendable – proactive, thoughtful, responsive to every need, and always delivered with a smile. As we were leaving, one of the guesthouse staff enthusiastically told us about the fruit trees planted in the area, which made us feel incredibly welcomed and at ease.

GGuest UserI'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

We had an incredibly fun time, highly recommended! They also offer travel photography services; the makeup artist and photographer were very attentive, and I loved the photos [playful].

The hot spring area is ingeniously designed, with various themed pools like herbal and floral baths, offering a perfect blend of privacy and natural charm. The spring water is wonderfully warm and truly relaxing. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with balconies opening directly to mountain views, creating a serene and pleasant atmosphere.
The service was simply impeccable. From check-in guidance to check-out, every staff member was warm, attentive, and paid attention to every detail. The buffet breakfast was lavish, and the local delicacies were unforgettable.
Whether you're traveling with family or on a romantic getaway, you'll find a rhythm here that truly relaxes your mind and body. It's definitely on my 'will visit again' list!

GGuest UserThe B&B has a quiet, yet engaging atmosphere, blending relaxation with activities. You can enjoy authentic hot springs, which are great for both mind and body ♨. It's clear the owner put a lot of thought into the design and decor.
We cooked outdoors over a wood fire with the whole family, which was a wonderful experience of rural life. There's also a swimming pool, fishing, ping-pong, billiards, and other recreational facilities.
There was a minor hiccup when our BBQ food in the freezer was mistakenly taken by other guests. The owner was very proactive in helping us check surveillance footage and resolve the issue. Although we missed out on outdoor grilling, we unexpectedly discovered the adjacent Forest Sea Water Park, which was incredibly fun. It wasn't crowded this season and was super convenient and close by. The last two photos are of Forest Sea Park – the kayaking and beach were fantastic and not expensive. It's much more cost-effective than staying directly at the Forest Sea Hotel.

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

After a soak, you can enjoy complimentary freshly sliced fruit, and the in-room self-service drinks are very reasonably priced. We stayed in a 1.5-meter twin room in the Candy Flying House. While not huge, it was perfectly spacious enough for two adults and one child.
The private bath sachet for 38 yuan added so much to the hot spring atmosphere. The buffet restaurant was spacious, and while the breakfast selection was basic, it was certainly filling. My only minor complaint is that there weren't many dessert options, but the Indian flying bread was absolutely outstanding.
The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. I typically get motion sickness and asked if I could take an orange from the hot spring area, even though fruit usually isn't allowed to be taken out, and they kindly agreed. Upon checkout, they even gave us a small gift. The service was heartfelt, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'll definitely be back again!

DDicengmoyouzOur stay in the triple room at the Guangzhou Biquan Air Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The room was spacious and bright, with elegant and cozy decor. The three beds were soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The room was also equipped with complete and practical facilities, all spotlessly clean.
The hotel's hot spring was definitely a highlight, offering a rich variety of pools with perfect water temperatures. Soaking in the hot springs felt like all my fatigue just melted away. The surrounding scenery was beautiful too; it was incredibly relaxing to enjoy the views while soaking.
The hotel's service also deserves high praise. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was checking in or resolving other issues, they were very efficient. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuest UserThe room is quite big, and the view outside the balcony is also nice. It was raining when we went there, and the mountains outside the balcony were filled with smoke and clouds, a rare beauty in Guangzhou. Because we went there on the weekend, there were many guests. We didn't look carefully when booking the room, and we found out that we were assigned a double bed room after checking in; one of us could sleep well, but the other had difficulty sleeping, so we had to go to the lobby to change rooms. It was the peak check-in time in the lobby, and the staff were very busy. Fortunately, the girl Liang Xiaojia at the front desk received us patiently and changed us to a twin room. After settling in, we went to soak in the hot springs and swim. On a hot and rainy summer day, I prefer the refreshing swimming pool. It's more comfortable to soak in the hot springs after swimming 😌
