完美的服務環境

從都的環境真的沒得説，坐擁一大片森林的大莊園，十分奢侈。這裏空氣環境一流，服務也讓人很意外，以為這種大酒店會很公式服務，然而卻並不是如此。 管家小顏把我們的入住安排的妥妥帖帖，所有要求都盡力幫我們滿足，而且回覆特別及時周到，管家阿姨們都很熱情友好，還給咱們寫温馨小卡片以作問候。 房間很乾凈，沒有氣味，沒有灰塵，毛巾乾淨充足。 早餐很豐富，偏向中式，品種齊全。

環境非常好！下次還來。

The park has beautiful scenery and fresh air. It is quiet and leisurely to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The rooms are scattered among the trees and flowers. There are wetlands, rivers, lakes, and greenways. You can stroll in the garden during the day, feel the breeze and the air is fragrant. You can soak in the hot springs at night to wash away your fatigue. The rooms are tall and spacious, and well designed. The park is large, with battery cars on standby at any time, and there is also space for children's activities, which is very convenient. The service is very good. It is worth bringing your family to relax and play.

整間酒店都給寧靜舒適的感覺，設施足夠、服務到位，本來對一些比較遠離城區的酒店其飲食都不會有所期望，但我在西餐廳進了晚餐，餐廳的環境、食材都令我滿意。對這次入住的體驗很滿意！
