DDadaxiadexiaoheipixiaYay! What a find! The hotel lobby is incredibly photogenic; every shot looks amazing, grand and stylish. The Lingnan design style perfectly matches my aesthetic, making every casual photo look like it's from a magazine! The service is top-notch, the environment is superb, and the stay experience is absolutely perfect, 1000 times over. For those traveling for leisure or business, go for it without hesitation—you won't be disappointed!

GGuest UserIt was a homestay that surprised me. The room is large, very comfortable, simple and unique design style, and the children especially like it. The customer service and the reception lady are very good at serving. Breakfast is delivered to the room on time according to the time you want, and I feel the intention. Parking is super convenient. The surrounding industrial-style tourism features need to be revitalized, all of which are abandoned factories, equipment and so on. The river view of the 10,000-ton warehouse is invincible and very beautiful. If the price on weekends can be the same as usual, it will be super perfect.

VVicYinSummer was amazing! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and its location was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The room facilities were complete and brand new. The butler, Summer, provided attentive and efficient service. The room rate included a high-altitude afternoon tea, late-night supper, free parking, and self-service laundry, among many other benefits. So many hidden perks! The hotel had only been open a short while, so all the facilities were sparkling new and in perfect condition. The guest rooms were spacious and didn't feel cramped. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making getting around stress-free. Highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was comfortable – more than enough space for three people. The amenities were comprehensive; it even came with a dehumidifier, which we found the housekeeper had thoughtfully turned on for us after we returned from our rainy outing. The packed breakfast was well-balanced and offered a good variety, ensuring we were both full and satisfied. The coffee, milk, and soy milk were all excellent too. It was also very convenient to arrange for a car to tour the mountains by simply notifying the front desk in advance, and the service was excellent. I will definitely choose to stay at this resort again if I come back.

GGuest UserI give this hotel a huge thumbs up! It's the best value hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything inside is high quality: the air conditioner is Midea, the pillows are latex, the toiletries are individually packaged in small bottles, the hairdryer is excellent with a very strong airflow, and even the toothbrushes are of good quality. The hotel's location is also great, right next to Exit B of Zhucun subway station.

XXiaobudianerererererMy first time in Guangzhou was fantastic! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. As soon as my taxi pulled up, someone was there to help with my luggage. The room was huge and super clean, and the extensive use of red cave stone was really beautiful. The bedding and linens were high-thread-count and very comfortable. Plus, having a mall right downstairs made shopping incredibly convenient. They were also very prompt and professional in helping resolve any issues. My trip was too rushed this time to try the dining or the cakes, but next time I'd love to stay a whole day without even leaving the hotel!

FFengdehouyiThe soundproofing is really poor, even worse than some higher-end chain hotels. I could hear people talking next door. The service was very good though; they delivered takeout to my room quickly and with a great attitude. I have to heavily complain about the woman who answered the room service phone. I asked for a Bose Bluetooth speaker, and she told me my room type didn't have one? I double-checked, thinking, 'How could a Park Hyatt not have a speaker?' I've stayed at so many Park Hyatts, and this is the first time the in-room 'speaker' was just an alarm clock. Later, she changed her story and said the hotel didn't have any at all. Fine. Then, when housekeeping came to fix the TV, I casually mentioned wanting a Bose speaker, and they readily agreed, bringing one up in less than five minutes. Seriously? The lifeguard at the pool kept staring at me unfriendlily, and I'm a man. I asked him what was wrong, and he sternly said 'nothing.'..... For turn-down service, I called the front desk an hour and a half in advance, but they only started cleaning after I returned to my room..... They explained they were doing turn-down service on a lower floor, which I can understand. The room upgrade was very quick and smooth during check-in, which all luxury hotels should learn from. I came to relax, not to go through military training! I canceled my Conrad reservation next door the day before checking in here, precisely because I had booked a Deluxe Tower View and was promised an upgrade to a Premium Tower View. They were adamant two days prior that it depended on availability on the day, and online reviews all said you generally have to wait until after 3 PM to check in. Overall, they treat you like royalty.

ZZhengfeifei33The standalone villa was absolutely therapeutic! It was quiet and comfortable all night, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast buffet was abundant and fresh, and I ate to my heart's content. Soaking in the hot springs completely relaxed me; the environment was serene, and the service was attentive. There's a shuttle bus to pick you up and drop you off at your room. I just didn't want to leave once I was there. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean, and the balcony offers a great view of the river! However, the staff at check-in were quite unfriendly. The parking attendant's attitude was also just so-so. The hotel facilities are good, but the service attitude made me uncomfortable! On the bright side, the cleaning staff were always smiling, offered good service, and even helped press the elevator buttons. It really depends on who you encounter.

AAnonymous UserI stumbled upon this retro guesthouse when I came to Guangzhou and was absolutely delighted! The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the rich 'Old Canton' charm – the wooden staircase exuded a warm, aged feel, and the old posters and vintage radio on the walls instantly transported me back to a slower, bygone era.
I especially want to commend the owner and his brother! When we checked in, the brother had such a bright smile. Seeing us with our luggage, he immediately came over to help carry it and even thoughtfully hand-drew a map of nearby food spots for us, clearly explaining which '腸粉' (rice noodle rolls) place was the most authentic and which dessert shop stayed open until the early hours. When we came back late at night, the owner was still brewing aged tangerine peel tea in the living room and invited us to join him for a chat about anything and everything. It felt nothing like staying in a hotel; it was more like visiting friends.
The room was decorated with such attention to detail – retro floral bed sheets, a brass lamp, and even the toiletries were niche brands with a subtle floral scent. It was clean and comfortable. Outside the window was an old neighborhood, and I woke up to the sound of birds in the morning. Opening the window, I could smell the aroma from the breakfast shop next door. This kind of authentic local vibe was truly healing!
The value for money is also exceptional. To find such a unique place with amazing service at this price point truly feels like hitting the jackpot! I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Guangzhou!
