The room was clean and the bedding was so soft, like sinking into a cloud. It's a 900-meter walk to Renhe subway station, and you can take Line 3 directly to Zhujiang New Town. In the lobby, black tea, green tea, juice, and cookies are available all day, so having a cup of tea while waiting for your ride is really pleasant. For breakfast, they have freshly cooked noodles and vermicelli, which taste great.

I chose this hotel based on its high ratings and numerous positive reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint; in fact, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered, the front desk staff warmly greeted me and immediately offered a welcome drink. Check-in was quick, and they provided a thorough explanation of the hotel's facilities. They even included complimentary breakfast. The room was incredibly clean, a level of cleanliness I rarely encounter in hotels. The breakfast selection was surprisingly vast, and the pastries and bread were delicious. It was a great experience! 👍👍👍

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the housekeeping team and front office, were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The location is another great advantage. It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping malls, making it easy to find food, shop, and explore the area without needing transportation.

Spent 6 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and impeccably maintained by the housekeeping team. The location couldn't have been better—within easy walking distance of countless shopping spots and fantastic restaurants. A lovely bonus was the complimentary meals served throughout the day. Recommended!

I was so lucky to book this hotel for my business trip to Tianhe Commercial District! The location is absolutely perfect; it's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, which made getting around super efficient. The hotel lobby is decorated in a simple yet grand style, and it's kept very clean and bright. The overall atmosphere upon entering is really comfortable, not at all stuffy. They even have robots that can deliver items and water, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the front desk – it's really smart and convenient. The room itself is very well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. The facilities are also comprehensive, and the most thoughtful touch is the mini-fridge. It's so practical for storing drinks and fruits, especially when staying in the summer. The staff's service attitude is excellent, and they are very efficient. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful; even though it's in a bustling commercial area, you can't hear any outside noise in the room. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. This hotel has definitely been added to my regular list, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Tianhe.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable, especially the mattress, which was just the right balance of soft and firm, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, and all the staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. The only downside was that there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom to use the hairdryer.

Nice location, very close to Beijing pedestrian street with a lot of cafes, shops and authentic restaurants. Hotel is clean and personnel is very friendly and helpful, but almost doesn’t speak English.  Breakfast is tasteless, I was start thinking that I have COVID 🤣🤣 even ham is not salty, spicy, sweet or doesn’t have any other taste.. almost all food on breakfast tastes like paper

I extended my stay for another night. There are so many convenient dining and shopping options nearby. Anyway, I forgot my room card, and customer service quickly helped me out. They just verified my name and opened the door for me, otherwise, I would have been stuck outside. I'm not sure if the room extension wasn't properly recorded, but around 10 AM, the cleaning staff knocked and entered without waiting for my response. I wasn't fully dressed and quickly grabbed a bathrobe to cover myself. It really goes to show that I should have deadbolted the door from the inside.

The rooms are clean and have a traditional feel. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the swimming pool is fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to Ersha Island. From the window of our river view room, we had a clear view of the Canton Tower, and it was even within walking distance.

The hotel was easy to find, and both check-in and check-out were quick and convenient with minimal waiting. Annie Yan at the front desk promptly processed our check-in and provided useful information. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The air conditioning was especially great – perfect for Guangzhou's hot weather, keeping the room nice and cool, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The soundproofing was excellent too; it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was a satisfying weekend hotel experience and a great place for a future getaway. I'll definitely be back!
