Overall, I'm very satisfied. The bedding is quite soft, and there are two types of pillows to choose from. The room's soundproofing is good, and the cleaning staff are all very friendly. The mini-fridge in the room has free soft drinks, and on the day we checked in, we received complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel's location in the city center is very lively. There's a restaurant (Donghu) on the 5th floor below the hotel where you can have breakfast, and a small food court nearby. These are all the pros. As for the cons, since the hotel is in the busiest part of the city center, getting a taxi often means getting stuck in traffic for a long time. Also, because there's no proper entrance, getting in and out can be a bit tricky, so guests with elderly people or children should be careful.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, very professional and welcoming. They proactively inquired about airport transfers, which was very convenient. The driver was very steady, and as soon as we landed, he contacted us immediately. The shuttle to the airport also runs every hour, making travel very easy. It's very close to the airport, about half an hour's drive. The breakfast selection was also great, with both Chinese and Western options. The room itself was very spacious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The room's overall design is simple, stylish, and comfortable. The location is excellent, surrounded by shopping areas, and you can see the Canton Tower right from the window. It's also quite quiet. Breakfast offers a wide variety and caters to common tastes. The only minor drawbacks are a slight odor from the bathroom sink and some renovation noise starting around 8 AM. The robot delivery service for food is very convenient. I highly recommend it!

The facilities are also comprehensive, and the most thoughtful touch is the mini-fridge. It's so practical for storing drinks and fruits, especially when staying in the summer. The staff's service attitude is excellent, and they are very efficient. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful; even though it's in a bustling commercial area, you can't hear any outside noise in the room. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. This hotel has definitely been added to my regular list, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I'm in Tianhe.

The rooms are clean and have a traditional feel. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the swimming pool is fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to Ersha Island. From the window of our river view room, we had a clear view of the Canton Tower, and it was even within walking distance.
