Great
GGuest UserHotel is in Cardinal nation and right across a small street from the stadium. The hotel was clean and inviting. Room was spacious, comfy beds and clean. Bathroom was nice. No pool but exercise room faces the stadium. We didn't eat breakfast there as the prices were really high.
CChengzixingzouThe hotel is located outside the city, 25 minutes drive from the airport. The only advantage is that it is close to WASHU, which takes 15 minutes to walk. The entrance is DELMAR BLVD, the Avenue of Stars in St. Louis. The nearby Forest Park and Art Museum are also within walking distance. The hotel is a three-star city hotel, and the price is more expensive than HYATT in the city. There are no decent restaurants near the hotel, only fast food, and there are two supermarkets within five minutes. The room is clean and the front desk is also friendly.
JJared StinsonLocation = Great for the Arch
Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross.
Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience.
Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk.
Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.
GGuest UserWhat they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)
GGuest UserThe hotel environment is good, business travel customers said that this hotel building has a history of nearly 100 years, the surrounding environment is safer. Hilton's hotel, the service attitude is not bad. Supporting facilities are not good: the hotel does not provide toiletries, slippers are not; Breakfast is included in the room rate, in fact, you can choose one of the many menus; before leaving, you have to bring a cup of coffee, you have to charge extra, and you have not informed in advance.
Overall feeling, this price is not as good as the domestic hotel of the same grade
JJohnsonFOld hotel, everything is quite satisfactory. But this time the hotel reservation was too pitted, obviously twice as expensive as the hotel's normal charges. Don't make continuous reservations in the future and try to avoid agents.
MManchengfulijiaThe hotel is integrated with St. Louis Hospital and has nothing to do with the forest. There is a parking lot outside the window, and it is completely impossible to open the curtains. The picture is seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. At this price, it's not worth it. Definitely not recommended for traveling or going to college to look after children.
GGuest UserDouble charge you on your credit card and don’t release your funds right away. Poor customer service. No Refrigerator or microwave in the room. No social distancing in the hotel. Only thing they did have was good food.
