GGuest UserLocation in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

JJared StinsonLocation = Great for the Arch Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross. Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience. Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk. Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

WWangwangzaixianThe room is very clean, the space is large, close to the University of St. Louis, near St. Louis, this hotel accounts for the top1 of Ctrip's best-selling hotel. After staying, it is indeed worthy of the name!

GGuest UserThe hotel stay was amazing the only thing I could tell someone looking to stay here is to not park in the public parking across the street. Park in the parking for the hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed just for a night and parked across the street in public parking and got our car broken into. Several other cars were also broken into that night. This was not the hotels fault at all just a fair warning for anyone wanting to stay there.

GGuest UserThe Moonrise is a great boutique hotel with really fun decor and art. It is clean and comfortable. They need to update their website regarding the onsite restaurant. It is only open for breakfast. There are several restaurants within walking distance. They are a pet friendly hotel, which is nice. There is no parking garage, just an open lot behind the hotel with dedicated parking for guests. Don't expect a valet to assist with unloading your luggage, though. The registration staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return if I return to St. Louis.

FFourie MiekeParking was a little confusing because there’s a large lot right behind the hotel but I had to move my car to a building to the side after check in and it was an unexpected expense, but the hotel, location, room and bar are all great. It was a bit disconcerting to realize everyone in the bar already knew each other because they’re actually club members rather than guests, but I guess the name of the place should have tipped me off to that.

GGuest Usermy room was on the 6th floor (625)right below the bar/night club. This was on a Friday night. I wanted peace and quiet in my room after a long drive to St. louis. I not only heard the music but felt the bass. Called the front desk. They did lower the music and bass. The front desk did agree to switch my room the next day. If you book, ask Element not to put you on the 6th floor!

GGuest UserVery satisfied hotel, overall very good, clean, shower room instead of bathtub, comfortable mattress. The air conditioner is very quiet after falling. Next to the hotel is a paid parking lot, parking is convenient, 30 dollars a day.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is good, business travel customers said that this hotel building has a history of nearly 100 years, the surrounding environment is safer. Hilton's hotel, the service attitude is not bad. Supporting facilities are not good: the hotel does not provide toiletries, slippers are not; Breakfast is included in the room rate, in fact, you can choose one of the many menus; before leaving, you have to bring a cup of coffee, you have to charge extra, and you have not informed in advance. Overall feeling, this price is not as good as the domestic hotel of the same grade

MManchengfulijiaThe hotel is integrated with St. Louis Hospital and has nothing to do with the forest. There is a parking lot outside the window, and it is completely impossible to open the curtains. The picture is seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. At this price, it's not worth it. Definitely not recommended for traveling or going to college to look after children.
