The service was excellent! Every staff member I encountered, from the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping, was smiling, especially the concierge! The room was quite spacious, I'd say around 50 square meters, and I really liked the large bathroom area. However, regarding the toiletries, maybe it's just my hair type, but after washing my hair, it felt quite frizzy. I absolutely loved the bedding! The duvet was a bit warm, but the mattress and pillows were perfect for me! The location is great too. It's convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of takeout options, with robots delivering to the room door.

Service: I visited during the May Day holiday, so it was very crowded. Check-in and luggage storage required queuing, but the service was still good. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: There's an amusement park right next door, and a water park in the summer. Facilities: Pretty good, but they didn't provide enough tissues, which was a bit inconvenient.

Guangzhou De An Li She Kempinski Hotel definitely gets a five-star recommendation from me! The room design cleverly blends Lingnan art with European luxury. The location is quiet yet central, and the front desk and room service are warm and attentive. The facilities are modern and complete, and the suites even come with a kitchenette, making it feel like having a cozy and elegant home right in the city center. The experience was superb, and I'll definitely be back! Justin's service was also excellent!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel staff were incredibly dedicated, especially the front desk team who were very professional and had excellent service attitudes. There was some noise due to ongoing municipal subway construction nearby, but the front desk staff thoughtfully informed me about it during check-in and even provided noise-canceling earplugs in the room. They also kindly helped deliver takeout to my room, which was a pleasant surprise as I'd seen reviews mentioning the hotel doesn't deliver food. But the front desk confirmed they do, and the delivery was quick. Every staff member I encountered was professional and very attentive.

Before checking in, I read some reviews about the hotel and knew there was a municipal subway project under construction nearby. I was a bit worried if this would significantly impact my stay, but honestly, the noise wasn't as bad as I'd imagined once I checked in. There was absolutely no issue with food delivery, contrary to some online reviews.

This hotel has a great design and high-quality feel. I had a fantastic first impression of the Kempinski brand when I stayed in Bali previously. The bedding is very comfortable, and it offers good value for money. The location is decent, situated in a residential area in Yuexiu with many local restaurants nearby. It's only a 15-minute drive to Zhujiang New Town. Justin provided excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou.

When I called to request a late check-out before leaving, the front desk readily agreed. I highly recommend this hotel.
