Guangzhou Hotels with Parking

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Guangzhou South Railway Station, making travel convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, the environment is quiet, and the service is warm and attentive. The facilities are complete. It was a great stay, and I will choose this place again next time!

Pros: 1. The hotel's location is excellent, right downstairs from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. Across the street is the Grand Buddha Temple, and you can see a panoramic view of it from the hotel lobby. 2. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks are provided. The late-night snacks include traditional sweet soups, which are quite good. 3. Since the hotel is relatively new, it features smart toilets and high-speed hair dryers, making for a more comfortable stay. 4. The front desk staff are quite friendly and promptly address any issues raised. 5. There's a laundry room, which is very convenient. Cons: 1. Although we booked a room with an outdoor window, the view outside was of a parking lot. We could hear the electronic announcements when cars were leaving. Also, it was very close to the building opposite, so there was practically no natural light. 2. The hotel occupies middle floors of an office building, so you have to use the office building's elevators. Sometimes, during peak hours, waiting for the elevator can take quite a while. We even encountered an elevator malfunction where it would only go up and not down, forcing us to go to the top floor and then come back down. 3. The hotel's ventilation is not ideal. 4. Noise insulation issues: While we couldn't hear conversations from next door, the outdoor noise was very loud. We constantly heard a loud buzzing sound at night. Furthermore, the indoor bathroom lacks proper sound insulation, so any use of water creates a lot of noise.

The service attitude was excellent, and all our questions were answered promptly. The room amenities were fully equipped with a smart voice control system. The environment is beautiful with a view of the Canton Tower. The room was also very clean and new, and the gym facilities were very modern.

I originally booked a standard king room, but the hotel front desk gave me a free upgrade to a business king room, which really enhanced my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the furniture and decor created a nice ambiance. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was large and bright, with a wet and dry separation, and the shower drained very well. Upon check-in, I also received a complimentary fruit platter, which was a thoughtful touch. The mini-bar items were also complimentary, showcasing excellent service. The gym on the seventh floor had a great atmosphere, with new and well-equipped machines. The pool was also clean and hygienic, making for a pleasant experience. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety of dishes that were replenished promptly, and the food tasted good. Both check-in and check-out processes were quick. Overall, the experience was excellent, the price was reasonable, and it's definitely worth recommending.

The location is superb, just over 100 meters from Nanzhou subway station, making it very convenient to get to Pazhou Exhibition Center. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, which is very practical for business travelers. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and the prices are reasonable, making it very suitable for business trips.

Pros: _ Location: very good location, right next to Gongyuandian metro. You can use this to access almost anywhere in Guangzhou. _ Cleanliness: the apartment is fairly newly renovated with 2 bedroom & 1 bath, well maintained, so it's quite suitable for big group. _ Pricing: we got it at a very good price for a group of 3 adults & 2 children. I think it's worth every penny. _ Convenience: lift is right up to the apartment, so children can travel without any problem. _ Friendliness: the reception is very welcome and helpful. They let us check out late with small charge. Cons: _ The building exterior is quite old. The lift is also not clean. _ The entrance is a bit difficult to find. You need to walk to the entrance behind the building to access to floor 18, where the reception is located. If you go to any other lift, they only take you to floor 17, then you have to walk up 1 floor. Overall if you are a big group who is looking to find a reasonable stay in Guangzhou, I highly recommend this place. You get what you pay for.

Offering incredible value for money, this place is perfect for both business trips and vacations. The best part was the invoicing service—completely digitized, allowing e-invoices to be sent straight to your phone without having to wait in line at the front desk, which saved a lot of precious time. The facilities overall were clean and tidy, and the service was meticulous down to the smallest detail. It's an absolute top choice for anyone staying in Guangzhou.

The Executive Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou is excellent. Aside from one staff member who seemed a bit stern, the other service personnel were all incredibly warm and polite, making us feel right at home. The food inside was also fantastic. Although the cocktails were a bit subpar, the overall experience was still very positive, earning high praise from both myself and my boss. The public area's pool and Jacuzzi experience were also great, and the sauna and warm pool in the changing rooms were equally impressive. The room itself was also quite good.

Was disappointed when I called for the airport pick up as the lady said No English! How am I supposed to book if you don't speak English? This was the 1st hurdle. 2nd hurdle was room TV wasn't working and how would I called for help if they don't speak English right? 3rd hurdle was breakfast from 7-9am. My flight was 8.30am They arranged for my transfer at 5am. So, do I get to pack my brekkie? Lady said NO So, I argued and then she showed me a papervag of juice and buns. This hotel is outdated from the outlook and was originally called Super 8 hotel Bedroom slippers was not new but rather recycled plastic slippers. Looks so unhygienic to use . Booked this place due to their airport pick up/drop off that's all. I'd rather book another hotel if you asked me.

I booked this hotel last minute, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but my actual stay pleasantly exceeded them. When I checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and coughing a lot. The front desk staff noticed and proactively brought me two cups of hot water. I wanted to ask about buying medicine, as nearby pharmacies were quite far and inconvenient to get to. The staff immediately told me I could order medicine via delivery, and the delivery driver could bring it directly to my room, so I wouldn't have to go down to the lobby to pick it up. The room itself was spacious enough with good natural light, and all the toiletries were provided. If I had to point out a minor drawback, it's that during the holiday period, there were a lot of guests, and the lobby was quite noisy with people coming and going during check-in. However, once it was my turn, the check-in process was very quick. Later that evening, I called to request an extra bath towel, and it was delivered to my room very quickly. The cleanliness was spot-on; I didn't see any dust on the surfaces or floor. The location is good, not far from the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. Many of the services were proactively offered by the hotel, rather than me having to repeatedly ask for them. When traveling, it's rare to find a hotel that pays such close attention to the guests' well-being. Overall, there were no unpleasant surprises, the value for money was decent, and it was a reassuring and solid stay.
