Great stay, clean and accessible

room it is clean and good, but that outside area is not so excellent. BTW: it is really pity for their service, i forgot a bank card in the room, which i insert ed to get the power, and i did not take it, in the same day night, we called them many time to let them help to find it, But they said not. That serivce is bad and not conside the customer well. I lose the bank card which cuased me too much trouble. Actually they only worry the trouble and did not ask the house keeper, very bad experience. Sorry......

Old Hotel, location not that good for seight seeing. Staff friendly, rooms was clean. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast buffet is very small. Parking in the hotel own garage is easy, but expencive.

Generally the hotel is close to the center of the city. Breakfast is enough. The rooms are cleaned, but they may be better. For example, there was an unforgettable empty bottle under the sink. This should not be forgotten when cleaning. Employees at the reception are very professional and experts in their work. 5 stars for them. Thanks for everything.

Not clean! I saw some past reviews about poor cleanliness, but I didn’t expect that I would experience it myself on a 100% probability. My towels were tainted with some WET YELLOW STUFF, which also wiped onto the wall behind the towel bar. It was very disgusting. I have attached photos here. This is definitely the quality of a hotel I would associate with the Hilton brand.

We arrived at night and changed rooms in the morning. We didn't have a deep impression of the room, but the decoration of the front desk was a bit unrelated to the Hilton brand. Most importantly, the nearest Mild Station to the hotel is one of the most chaotic train stations in Europe. It is a cautious choice if you arrive at night, as you have to walk for more than ten minutes on the side streets.

A brand hotel that I often choose overseas. It is good in all aspects. It is not far from the South Station and is convenient for travel. However, there is nothing to visit in Brussels. I stayed for two nights, but one day is enough.

The location is good, but the room I was given is a little noisy from the road. The hotel room does not provide water and other toiletries, so remember to bring your own. The parking lot is also quite large, but the entrance is too small, so be careful. Don't use the kettle in the hotel. I feel that the water in Brussels is particularly bad, and it produces a layer of foam.

The hotel is located on a side street in the city center. It takes more than half an hour to walk to the central square, which is still a struggle for people with mobility problems. The facilities are complete according to the standards of a four-star hotel, but the rooms are small. There is an underground parking lot, which costs 30 euros for 24 hours, which is a bit expensive. There is also an atrium garden where you can sit and drink tea (bring your own).

The center of Brussels is relatively small and you can reach your destination on foot.

The staff is top notch from the catering to the reception to the chambermaids, very well placed, I'll be back soon
