결제시 '디포짓(DEPOSIT)'관련하여 반드시 주의하세요.
24년 3월 24일 ~ 3월 26일 여정으로 호텔에 체크인 당시에 90유로를 디포짓으로 카드결제하라고 해서 했는데, 24년 3월 31일 현재까지도 환불조치 받지 못했습니다.
체크인 당시에 프론트에서는 체크아웃 후, 24시간 이내에 환불조치를 완료해준다고 했습니다.
고객센터 대응 및 공식답변은 '호텔측에서는 환불조치를 다 했다고 합니다. 답답하시더라도 조금 더 기다려주세요'라는 답을 받았으며, 유선상 문의시에는 최장 45일까지도 기다려야 한다고 합니다.
만약에 이곳의 숙박을 이용하시게 된다면 반드시 체크아웃과 동시에 디포짓에 대한 후속조치를 완료하시기 바라겠습니다. 아니면 신용카드로 디포짓결제를 하고, 24시간이 지나도 해결이 되지 않는다면 '취소요청'을 통하여 직접적인 해결을 시도하시길 바랍니다.
어떤 숙박업소가 디포짓을 돌려받는데 2달 가까이의 시간이 걸립니까? 아울러, 답답해도 기다려라는 답변 말고는 아무 조치가 없는 상태인것도 인내하기 힘듭니다.

The location is great and the breakfast is okay. It is one of the most comfortable hotels to stay in among many hotels in Europe. Watching the fireworks on New Year’s Eve is a very good memory~~~~~
