Located in a convenient location whereby it's walking distance to the tourist attractions like the grand palace. You can also find a lot of restaurants around that area as well.

All was excellent inclufing a reach and tasty breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few steps away from the subway station. The room has a balcony, so you can get some fresh air at night. It is very clean. The front desk is warm and polite, which is very good.

I was welcomed by the Japanese-speaking staff and was able to check in in a pleasant mood. I stayed on the 6th floor, and the room was clean, had a good view, and was a comfortable stay.

When I made the reservation, I thought it was a Japanese hotel because the hotel name was Yadoya, but maybe it's not. However, ``Yadoya'' means ryokan (Japanese-style inn), so perhaps they are aiming for a hotel that is similar to a ryokan (traditional Japanese inn). I don't think the cleanliness is a problem. The location is good, 15 minutes walk from Brussels North Station, 20 minutes walk from Grand Place, and there are supermarkets and restaurants relatively nearby. The safety box in the room I stayed in was locked and unusable, and I was told that I would have to be present to repair it. When I returned to my room from sightseeing, I called the front desk, but it was crowded and no one answered the phone. As with other Brussels hotels, amenities are minimal - no toothbrush set. It was impressive to see a Japanese 5-yen coin embedded in the center of the round glass table in the room.

The stay was just impeccable

The hotel staff is very polite and the environment is very clean, but the bottom of the toilet in the room is black and it seems that it has not been cleaned. The humidity in the room is very heavy, and the window needs to be opened to solve it. But the location of the hotel is excellent, there is a supermarket and a beautiful embankment next door, and it is about 15 minutes walk from the train station, which is very convenient. Autumn in Maastricht is very beautiful, and I like to be accompanied by polite hotel staff. The overall experience is good, but the price of accommodation is a bit high, and I don’t feel like I spent so much money. On the other hand, there is a brunch shop selling bagels near the hotel. The environment is good and the food is fresh. It is highly recommended to eat there!

The room is too small and the sound insulation is very poor!

Clean, tidy and comfortable.

The location is good but to get to the center you have to walk about 15 or 20 minutes. The hotel in general is good but the check-in was too late to be able to settle into the room.

The ratio price:quality is bad considering the installations and services are quite basic. The rooms aren't well isolated and you can hear everything around. Plus, the neighborhood where the hotel is located is not very nice. I was too afraid to go out for dinner and preferred to order food instead. On top of this, the fire alarm went on at about 2am. I called the lobby and I received a rather rude answer informing someone smoking activated the alarm. Between this and the noise, I spent a terrible night before going to work the next day.

This hotel is safe. I don't know what why the bad reviews previously. Yes, the neighborhood may not be pleasant but the hotel itself is good. We are traveling with adult children so we are fine. It is a lovely hotel. We will stay here again if we come back to Brussels

Good: Very welcoming staff. Clean Spacious Bad: Very loud road / traffic noise into early hours. Not eco friendly, disposable plastic cups, Nespresso machine, disposable stirrers. Overall: Would not stay again due to road noise, otherwise a nice, clean hotel.
