The one in Belgium is considered cost-effective. It's a little far away from the city and very quiet. Although it is arranged in a basement, it does not affect the lighting. The room is spacious and can accommodate three or four people without feeling crowded at all. Especially with the private parking lot, parking is worry-free.

本來訂房時，僅期望普通的酒店房間，到埗登記後見給予的房間樓層為地庫（-1/ F)，心裡更打了個突。但正式入住時卻甚是驚喜！
原來給予的是一間套房，有露台、客廳、開放式廚房，並配以雪櫃、煮食電磁爐等的基本家電和用具，旅程中猶如給予我倆小口一個小家居，可算是相當驚喜。
不過該套房內有一扇門，相信是予以通往其他套房的；雖然該門已上鎖，且酒店一方宣稱，只有酒店職員才有鎖鑰，但感覺總有點困惑。且該房間並未配以空調，只有一把輸出功率極高的風扇提供。雖然當時天氣清爽夠用，總嫌美中不足。

Staff was friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean, comfortable and large. The location was wonderful and in walking distance to the metro.

I was here for the 4th time. Clean and large rooms in the center of the city, employees always approachable and very nice trying to help with all requests immediately. And in fact inexpensive compared to other hotels in Brussels

Mas Residence est bien situé près des institutions européennes. La "chambre mignonne" est très cosy et très agréable. Elle est confortable et au calme. Les personnes à la réception sont très sympathique. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Je conseille cette adresse.

Nos dieron una habitación al edificio de al lado, no sería un problema si no se tuviera que subir una escalera estrecha que parecía la habitación de las escobas. La limpieza tampoco era su fuerte, encontré un pañuelo al suelo entre la mesita y la ventana (haciendo la cama se deberían haber dado cuenta), estuvo ahí toda nuestra estada. A parte que nos encontramos algunas partes de la habitación no muy limpias. En general nos pareció caro por lo que recibimos, limpieza y acceso aparte, era solo habitación de hotel (lo de apartamento -aparthotel- todavía lo buscamos…cama, mesa, TV y baño, nada más)

Habitación más grande de lo que nos esperábamos. Techos altos. Amplitud en las habitaciones y lavabo. Terraza bonita, aunque con el tiempo de Bélgica es complicado. Ubicación excelente y súper tranquila. A 15 min del centro a pie. Un excelente el aparthotel. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Nice discovery! I was lodged in MAS Aparthotel during a 3 day business trip and the place was amazing, very cosy and roomy and excellently maintained. Definitely recommend it, you will feel at home, which is not always easy when travelling abroad.

Great place, very roomy but cozy, modern interior. The place was very clean and equipped in everything you need. The employee that welcomed us was lovelly. The location of the place is also great as you can walk everywhere, there are parkings nearby and also restaurants. Definitely a place we would go back to while visiting Brussel.
