The hotel is in the city center, close to the subway station, and there are many delicious restaurants around. The breakfast is really rich. The room is big and the guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I will consider this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.

Estive no hotel em Abril 2024 e infelizmente ao chegar no quarto na primeira noite de estádia, após sair para jantar, percebi que tinha sido furtada (entraram em meu quarto e levaram todo o dinheiro em espécie da minha mala que estava trancada). Fiz B.O. mas senti que o hotel não me deu o apoio necessário: (dificuldade com o dialogo, não tem câmeras nos corredores dos quartos, gerente se afastou do trabalho por doença, quem assumiu não tinha certa autonomia para resolver, pouca preocupação com o hóspede (no meu caso), e somente após 05 dias, consegui um acordo para ressarcir parte financeira de meu prejuízo). Fiquei muito mal no hotel, com medo do ocorrido e me senti lesionada financeira e emocionalmente!!
