Correct and well located hotel near the center and the European institutions. The rooms on the ground floor do not have much natural light, but are quite spacious.

Accueil agréable et souriant. Malheureusement la suite est moins bien…chambres étriquées et sans climatisation ni même d’aération. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du prix… assez éloigné du centre il vous faut, impérativement utiliser les transports en commun ou un véhicule pour gagner le centre ville. Bref déçu. Comme nous as dit le propriétaire : n’hésitez pas à déposer votre avis. C’est fait et si nous tombons sur une bonne oreille peut-être que les séjours des prochains voyageurs seront meilleur..

It was great.
Loved the tv with youtube access and the online guide to the english speaking channels.
Very friendly and helpful receptionists, they looked after my bag and I knew I could approach them with any questions.
Normal noise levels for a hotel i.e. some noise.
I wished as a woman they didnt read out my room number when i checked in, most other hotels have stopped doing this and just point to the number on your room card. Also i had the garden access room which was lovely but Id have preferred to be on a higher floor.
Very comfy bed.
Really ideal location.
Fun themed rooms, with enough light which is unusual for this decor.
Overall, I would highly reccomend Neufchatel hotel.

The hotel is a little run down and the area where it is located does not seem to be very safe, the staff is very good and so is the breakfast.
