This was the cutest and coziest hotel I have ever stayed in! The room is tiny & the shower is right in the middle of the room with clear glass, but since it was just me and my partner that was not an issue. The toilet is in its own private room. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful & kind during our stay. It does get quite loud at night as the hotel stands right above a busy street w/ bars & restaurants, but that did not bother me whatsoever. The location was perfect as it’s a quick walk to every spot in Brussels essentially. If I ever return to Brussels I will be sure to book at this hotel again, it was truly the best hotel I’ve stayed in. HIGHLY recommend.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. However, I encountered two big problems. One, a friend brought by a surprise gift to the hotel for the staff to give to me. The staff never gave me the gift, and when I emailed them about it afterwards, no one ever responded. The second problem involved getting into the building at night. There are signs everywhere saying bring your key, because no one is working from 11 pm-7am. When I got back at night, however, the door was bolted and my key wouldn't work. Finally, someone came to help and told me he had locked the door. This gave me a huge scare, and I was contemplating having to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Why would you add an extra lock to the door, when the door is already locked and inaccessible to anyone who doesn't have a room key? It made no sense. The locked door combined with the gift I never received made my stay less than ideal.

Great hotel but noisy - a lot of noise from the street till late at night and early in the morning. Beware the shower and bath are open to the room, so a little tricky if with friends or others. Lovely hotel, staff and room overall.

Wat een pareltje in het bruisende centrum van Brussel! Weekend Brussel geboekt ter gelegenheid van een concert op vrijdagavond in de AB en dus puur gekozen op lokatie. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal,, prachtige ruime kamer (op aanraden van mede-Tripadvisors eentje aan achterzijde gevraagd en niets van last gehad van straatlawaai), lekker ontbijt, leuke bar en terras met zicht op de St-Gorikshallen, meerdere restaurants en bars op enkele stappen. Ik kom hier zeker terug, met of zonder concert in de AB!

We stayed at the Saint Gery while visiting the Chris**as market. The staff are friendly and helpful, our room was perfectly sized, spotlessly clean and the hotel itself is in a lively area close to all the attractions in the centre of Brussels. We ate in the hotel’s restaurant and the food was superb – tasty and very filling. The hotel’s private parking was easily accessible. We’d definitely stay again – thank you!
