Nossa estadia foi excelente. O hotel é muito charmoso e acolhedor, é uma construção de 1696 totalmente reformado e adaptado para os dias atuais. São só 22 quartos, o que garante tranquilidade e ótimo atendimento.
A localização é excelente, 3 minutos da Gare Central e a poucos passos da Grand Place.
Os funcionários são super atenciosos.
Apesar de não ter elevadores não tivemos dificuldades com a bagagem. Deixaram na porta do quarto na chegada e na saída buscaram.
Recomendamos muito!!

La stanza era molto piccola, nel bagno una persona alta entra a malapena. I materassi troppo grandi, una notte il mio è scivolato in terra. Rumore di condizionatori sulla corte su cui dava la stanza. Per accedere bisogna salire una rampa di scale in legno piuttosto ripida. L'illuminazione è male organizzata, nn è possibile avere una luce per leggere senza accendere tutte le altre.

Très bon séjour en chambre familiale à l’hôtel Agora : en plein centre du Bruxelles touristique à 2 mn de la grand place ! Une grande chambre très confortable pour 4. De vrais lits, une super literie, pas de bruit venant de la place un 31 décembre. Petit hôtel charmant, pas de petit dej ou resto mais beaucoup de très chouettes lieux autour pour déjeuner. Un personnel très accueillant. Un plus dans la chambre : bouilloire avec thé et café. On reviendra !

The location of the hotel is spectacular! The view from our room was very good. Service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. My only complaint is the room did not have a safe. I would suggest putting a safe in all the rooms.

The location of this hotel is excellent in that it is close to the train station and Grand Place as well as well as shops and restaurants. The staff are courteous and very helpful.

Acabamos de regresar. Ubicacion 10/10!!! Limpio, nuestra habitacion super comoda para 4 con vista a calle principal. Recepcion muy simpaticos.Con tiendita justo al lado, a 3 minutos caminando de la terminal de tren. Muy seguro, agua caliente y abanicos.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la habitación en general muy limpia, solo que la calefacción no se puede regular por lo que en la noche se sentía mucho calor. El hotel no cuenta con elevador así qué hay que tomar en cuenta el qué hay que subir las maletas varios pisos
