Booked as had kitchen facilities, however oven and microwave not functioning.

Good location, however the place we stayed was in a terrible condition, lift not working the whole time we were there, we had to lug 30kg bags up and down the stairwell which had no lights, and there was no toilet seat at all, the condition is worse than a third world country

We rented an apar**ent for the Chris**as holidays. The toilet seat was broken, the oven didn't work. I reported it immediately but it was not fixed. We had other problems including the elevator being broken for several days.
The apar**ent is extremely well located, warm but not as comfortable as we expected.
The smartflats team is non-existent and the housekeepers only speak Romanian.

Lack of maintenance. No feedback from the landlord on our difficulties. No seat on toilets and dishwashers that cannot be plugged in without shutting down everything. The apar**ent is however spacious and rather pleasant. Well located close to the city center.

The place is close to central station, but soon found out there was no hot water, no WiFi, never sent a technician to fix it, couldn’t take a shower or wash my hair in 5 days, had to boil water to wash private parts only, taking a risk to burn ourselves, Staff kept saying the technician was sick, guess there is only one plumber in Brussels. Tried to call them never picked up the phone. They just kept texting thank you for your patience and understanding, and then stopped answering back. We were supposed to have a full reimbursement, we only got 25% back, as we only had one night without hot water or WiFi. Worst place ever. Bathroom and toilet were disgusting and the pillows looked like tiny cushions, were very small and flat. Never stay there is the worst place ever
