This hotel is very nice in every respect, in its location, services.
The breakfast was good, too.
But there is a problem. No car, no taxi, can stop to load or unload a passenger in front of the hotel,
due to road restrictions. Thus, if you have luggage, you have to carry them yourself for about 2 blocks,
at the nearest permitted point, in order to arrive or depart from the hotel.

Scelto per la posizione ed i commenti positivi sul Vs sito. Accolti all'arrivo da un receptionist con modi sbrigtivi e scortesi. Una camera al di sotto delle aspettative e molto rumorosa nonostante avessimo preventivamente chiesto, alla prenotazione ,una soluzione migliore. Alle nostre rimostranze ci veniva bruscamente detto che non c'erano altre possibilità. La mattina successiva dopo una notte insonne ,decisi ad andarcene siamo ritornati alla reception dove abbiamo invece trovato una signora gentile e disponibile che nel giro di dieci minuti ci ha risolto ogni problema. A conferma che anche un Hotel di sc**** pretese può diventare piacevole se gestito bene. Nel complesso però dopo la mia esperienza non mi sentirei di consigliarlo

I chose it for a business trip between 7-10 April. I would like to comment as a hotel manager. Location is in Old Town. Despite this, it is located on a relatively quiet street. Rooms and public areas were clean. A hotel that feels safe. Breakfast was sufficient for a 4-star city hotel. Although there was not much variety, the products were of high quality. Presentation and service were good. The reception's communication was strong. Having a parking area was another plus. Overall we had a positive experience. I advise.

The stay at the Concorde Old Bucharest Hotel was very good from arrival to departure. There is a guarded car park for about 10 cars just outside the hotel. My room (#313) was on the top floor and was surprisingly large and very clean. The window overlooked the rooftops of the old town and I heard nothing of the hustle and bustle on the street. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was also adequate and the staff were very friendly. Overall, the hotel makes a very good impression, is obviously newly renovated and is very centrally located in the old town. There are plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. I would book again.
