"Hotel ok, big and nice rooms, comfortable bed. Overall Ok. The biggest disadvantage is the breakfast. For years since I've been coming to them, the same tasteless, poor food, weak and tasteless filter coffee (unsuitable for a hotel of this caliber). You can't find an omelette or anything hot, just some cold snacks, which you don't even want to touch. It looks good, nicely arranged but, if I had to choose, I would skip breakfast every time."

So when we see the room with the wall and two very narrow windows. Definitely not like pictures showing. Next day when we spoke with reception they told me that they have only 1-2 rooms with big windows and it’s impossible for us to move there because they are busy. I’d like to ask trip.com put pictures of other room as well and people will not be disappointed with their stay like we was"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected. Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name."
