Exceptional hotel! The service at the reception was impeccable, especially the receptionist when I arrived I will definitely go back

Cleanliness is very good in terms of location and attention, we said that we came early, we said that we were very tired, they took the room early

The best location is in the center of Bucharest, near the historic center. The small room and the tiny bathroom. Very fair amenities. The basic breakfast, especially fresh fruit, was missing, some days there were only a few pieces of grapefruit. The rooms facing the square were very noisy, you could hear the noise of the traffic on the avenue, and there were no blinds or shutters, so there was a lot of light in the room which prevented a good rest. Good cleaning and correct staff.

Hotel in the centre. Spacious double room but some things need to be reviewed, soundproofing. Very small bathroom and with conditioners and shampoos already half found... (the small ones so to speak) Abundant breakfast but above all savory things.

Unfortunately my review is marked by the rudeness of the night shift receptionist on 04/3/2024. we go to sleep and the bed breaks. I move the mattress and I realize that the mattress base was already missing three slats and its other slats did not hold up because they had no grip. I call the reception and they make me wait more than half an hour. I go down to reception (it was 10.30pm) and the annoyed receptionist tells me that she doesn't know when the maintenance technician will come and that the broken bed is normal for a standard room: ABSURD! But fortunately the maintenance worker understood the inconvenience and after various vicissitudes fixed the bed: I must say that the maintenance worker greatly mitigated the problem with the receptionist by solving the problem. Meanwhile, the hours are open 24 hours a day due to the lack of availability of the receptionist. I believe that certain people shouldn't work in a 4-star hotel because they don't know how to deal with customers, creating embarrassment for the structure. However, I rate the structure positively for the location, for the kindness of the maintenance worker and for the only receptionist who knows the Italian language who apologizes the next day for the inconvenience suffered. Breakfast: nothing special. Common areas: good

Right in the center, a stone's throw from the old town and restaurants. Beautiful old and luxurious building. French speaking receptionist, courteous, helpful and competent. Comfortable room, with a lovely view of the square. Breakfast to match, very good, very good quality products, fresh juices at the top. Attentive and stylish staff. Good address in Bucharest.
