I would rate the hotel as "average" for some details that are a bit annoying for a business stay, even if all in all, the Caro hotel is a good choice. 1) apparentely renovated, the hotel, overall, is nice. deco, a**osphere of the room. view from the main restaurant. ... even if it cannot hidde his past. 2) food : main restaurant, for lunch or dinner - very good quality. Breakfast ... kind of. Presentation of the plates don't make it easy. no fresh juice. empty plates that are not renewed immediately. a bit below what you could expect there 3) service : very nice and professional people, at reception. Well done. you feel really taking care of 4) rooms : good big rooms. But ... quality of bed and cushion below average (too soft for the bed, not good cushions. bathroom : no glass for the toothbrush; shower in the bath but ... quite high to get in and nowhere to handle so can be dangerous. 5) location : business area. 15/20 min by car to reach the old town

Hotel is ok, but my room looked nothing like the pictures I see here on tripadvisor. My room was pretty basic and a quite worn. Same for the bathroom. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. I was fine staying here for 3 nights but I don’t recognize all the excellent reviews for this place.

Extraordinary food and service. At the restaurant, Mr. Stefan was very nice and attentive, taking the time to engage with the guests, cracking jokes, and offering suggestions on food choices. I sent my friends at home pics of the dishes to make them jealous. I also loved the gym, pool, and sauna, which are free for the hotel guests.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful gym and swimming pool, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the cleanliness is perfect. The receptionists are super nice and friendly! They even upgraded us to the best room without paying the supplement. The breakfast is good and well stocked and there is also a good restaurant. I recommend it to everyone!!! A BIG THANK YOU TO THE HOTEL MANAGER GABRIELE!

I'm returning customer staying 2 weeks in a row each time i'm visiting. Premium rooms are recently renovated to a high standard. Free access to WorldClass gym including pool and saunas. WineBar is a great place to relax after long hours at work. Valentina and the team serve you with a range of great food and drinks. I highly recommend Hotel Caro for your stay in Bucharest.

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time, I am very satisfied with the services, the room is excellent, the hotel's position is central, there are also several restaurants where the food is very good, the staff is very kind, especially Bogdan Creanga with whom I had an excellent collaboration, the breakfast is tasty and has a variety of products, I strongly recommend Caro Hotel!
