Anche la colazione era ottima

bellissimo posto pieno di appartamenti in casali vecchi di campagna, intorno viti a perdita d'occhio. giardino ben tenuto, e locale pulito, ordinato e attrezzato nei minimi dettagli, anche il camino per l'inverno... ottima l'accoglienza e c'è la possiblità anche di una cenetta sotto il pergolato. piscina molto grande sempre pulita e con tanto prato dove prendere sia ombra che sole.

Classic example of a structure which in theory would have everything for good hospitality in terms of location and structure (don't let the photos deceive) but which in the hands of unprofessional people fails to achieve sufficiency in any area. We start with an annoyed welcome upon arrival (?!?) apparently quite standard reading the comments above, without greeting or presentation of the structure... and then, once the keys have been handed over, disappear without any information. The same treatment of impatient annoyance and sloppiness is unfortunately reserved for the structure, the common greenery, the swimming pool and the homes where there is no crockery and general maintenance is absent. What can I say... to be recommended only to masochists and lovers of sloppiness in general. The manager does not seem very interested in giving prestige and decorum to the structure, rather he seems interested in doing business with "hit and run" foreign tourists. There is also a certain inexplicable complacency in mistreating guests or simply not giving them support during their stay in the facility. I don't know!

Posto meraviglioso, una struttura antica restaurata conservando l’atmosfera originaria. Piacevole al punto da far quasi passare la voglia di visitare i dintorni, da quanto si sta bene lì.

It was the worst stay of my life, terrible in every way! I hope that my review, together with that of other visitors, serves as constructive criticism to improve the management of the facility overall. First of all the rooms are quite small and with insufficient lighting. The furniture is very dated and sparse; there is an old and slightly dirty fridge (like the rest of the room) and a TV that is too small and should be placed near the bed to watch it decently! Damp stains on the walls and the presence of various insects (the buzzing of the numerous flies was very annoying!). On the bed (not a double but two singles pushed together) a stained blanket (we didn't dare uncover the bed to sleep on) and all the towels with rust. The Wi-Fi was not usable. On the bedside tables, on one side the lamp plug broke as soon as it was inserted into the socket, on the other hand it was the socket that was completely broken (you risk being electrocuted!). To stay on the subject of electricity, the hairdryer didn't work and at least the guy was kind enough to replace it as soon as possible; always in the bathroom, there was only one roll of toilet paper and given the absence of staff at the reception we were forced to buy more ourselves... But here comes the best part: the heating didn't work (neither radiators nor air conditioning), and in the end it was left on all the time at a temperature that was too high which forced us to open the window to avoid suffocation! The morning cleaning was never done. Unfortunately, the exterior also needs to be looked at again, as it is neglected and lacks lighting; the automatic gate also had problems opening completely. Finally, the breakfast, included, is not so poor but of terrible quality, with definitely frozen pastries and spoiled fruit (the grapes were probably the ones left over from their dinner!). In short, it was a disaster! The hygiene and management of the facility needs to be improved. The staff is nice enough but should be less cold and more helpful.
