The room is exquisite, and the whole hotel feels unique to me, revealing exquisiteness everywhere. When I checked in for the first time, I met an elegant uncle. When I ate for the first time, I met a tip far exceeding the average line in the UK and catching up with the US. The enthusiasm, the first time I received a wooden room card, the first time a chain hotel uses all local ingredients, environmental protection also supports local farmers, and the bar is also free... Stayed for three nights last week, only tried breakfast on first morning , didn’t try the restaurant because we decided to try them around Chester

Great location, loved the decor. Family celebration so hotel provided a free drink for us all, which was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay. The hotel smells amazing and is lovely and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, gave great meal recommendations and one kind man even lent us his umbrella for the evening. Breakfast was lovely and our waiter went out of his way for me. Rooms are lovely and our view was nice too.
