Large room, large shower but the water had probably a lot of limestone and other irritants so much that my girlfriend and I became blond at the end of the holiday, and I suggest to male available some eye drops because the eyes after the shower immediately became very reddened and swollen, as an Italian I really appreciated the presence of the bidet, lack of privacy because we had two windows that didn't even close completely and we had only one transparent white curtain available, and that was a passage area and everyone could see us inside. We thank the honesty of those who welcomed us and warned about the possibility of receiving unexpected visits: ”thieves and clochards” and for safety they also wrote it inside the room, just right on the wall indicating the exact point from which they would enter. A very good resting place! Despite being in the center of Pest, where all the parties and activities take place, the place is great to rest. Good rooms, private bathroom that you access with a key, breakfast area or if you want a bar at night to meet people... Very comfortable, very friendly, and close to everything you need. A perfect place for solo-travellers or to come with friends:)

We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk ”miscommunicated” us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

The lobby is just fabulous and the Cafe de Paris, which is attached to, but not owned by (as I understand it) the hotel is totally amazing. Wonderful marble lobby, friendly and very efficient front desk/concierge staff and the rooms are good, but not exceptional. For sightseeing the location is not the best - there are no good restaurants around and about and the food on the hotel’s balcony overlooking the Cafe de Paris is boring and very expensive - as is the wine, and drinks in the lobby. We would recommend the hotel highly to friends but point out that the location is not the best for sightseeing - that said there is a Hop on, Hop off bus stop right outside the door.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, slightly removed from the rest of the big hotels but a very short walk to the river. The front desk staff was first rate service, dealt with a late checkin very well and were very helpful on checkout. The breakfast was generally very good, staff could get a bit flustered during busy times but there is a guide to busy and quiet times in the room so a good idea to keep that in mind. The bar staff could be a little frosty but service became much better when they realised (when we asked to pay) that we were staying ay the hotel. The room was very nice, a good size all the usual little things, plus chocolate! The robes provided were a bit tatty, but still functional. Certainly somewhere I would stay again.

Amazing short break with some old Friends. The Hotel was fantastic, perfect location , terrific helpful staff and clean with funky designs. The food in the breakfast area was plentiful, varied and with a perfect Macchiato coffee machine . The bar staff were friendly, engaging and accommodating when we politely asked if the Bar could stay open a bit longer than advertised. We could not fault any aspect of our stay at all and I would certainly recommend it to both friends and colleagues thinking of going to Budapest.

This hotel ticks all the boxes , location is brilliant bars and restaurants all around you’ll not struggle finding a drink or a place to eat , from burger joints to Michelin restaurants. Very close ruin bars and cafe New York , also the bus stop for the tour bus is within a 5 min walk , we got our bus tickets from the hotel and the women at the desk couldn’t be more helpful. The room we had was executive double it was huge had a lounge area with tea n coffee making facilities, separate shower n bath in the bathroom , mini bar offering everything you need to make your stay comfortable, the maids came every day cleaned our room and brought fresh towels, bedding and replenished our tea n coffee facilities. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely it had a huge offering there was something for everyone from fresh fruits ,pastries and juices to the hot selection bacon eggs etc , the hotel pool and sauna is brilliant and we used this every morning before breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest , we really couldn’t fault it on our visit here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
