The hotel staff that helped us to check in was not friendly in his way of speaking. We asked if there is any chance of free upgrade since we are staying for a few nights to celebrate birthday and honeymoon but we ended up getting the first-floor room with a view into pebbles (very ugly).
However, the room itself was clean. Hotel lobby smells good. Room service was quick too.

It is the cheapest among 4-star hotels. There is a hotel parking lot, but you have to pay 17 euros to use it. You can park on the street on weekends or after 9 p.m., so park outside.

This was my favorite hotel and absolute choice for Budapest. I noticed a big change in the attitude of staff.
During my stay for 4 nights, I rarely had any greetings in this hotel, except a young bar man with glasses and some reception staff.
I am surprised by the lack of professionalism and the politeness of an employee at reception: never received a greeting even when she walks towards me, never smiles, never excuses for making me wait 1 hour without giving any news to the iron request.
Please note: there are only stairs to access the hotel through the main door. If you have bulky or heavy suitcases, it will be complicated. For people with reduced mobility, it will be almost impossible to climb these stairs to enter the hotel.
The real asset of this hotel is its location.
I will try others for my next stay in Budapest.

We know the hotel for a long time. In the gym no AC. my wife went in the gym to practice and all sweat of the previous people on the equipment. Smokers smell in the gym. Cleaning of the room is below standards and even one day they forgot to clean the room. Never go back again

The hotel is located in a good place but I would like to point out that the refrigerator did not work from the first day I asked for it to be replaced and in the end unfortunately after 4 requests they replaced the refrigerator that did not work just the night before we left, in addition there was no air conditioner with cooling in the room they told me at the reception that it is because it is always cold there and that is not true My wife and I suffocated from the heat that was there, in addition the window was also locked with a key and there was no way to open it at all. The room is decent. Toilet and shower are relatively small. Other than that, it was great.

A super city hotel. The first thing I look for in Europe is that the breakfast is hearty and has plenty of variety. It satisfied me on a European scale. Only the sauna not working was a minus point. 10 minutes walking to the center. Within walking distance of many tourist attractions. There is a kettle, tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast was not included in my booking but I thought it was well worth it for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to do everything on foot, the location is excellent.
