Excellent experience! The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the room was clean. There weren't any coffee or tea bags in the room, but the bathroom was spotless and the bed was huge. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, with a shopping mall and a large supermarket just two bus stops away. Right across the street, there's a bus station for FlixBus. On top of that, the hotel itself is well-equipped in all aspects, and the rooms are very quiet.

The hotel is quite spacious and boasts an excellent location, being very close to the subway station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. It also offers great value for money.

Everything was fine except for the housekeeping service, which was quite rude. We stayed for two nights, and on the first day, housekeeping entered our room without knocking while I was in the shower. On the day of check-out, housekeeping opened the door again at 11 am When I told her I was still inside, she replied, “You check out today!” I explained that I was aware, but check-out time is 12 pm, as stated in the hotel policy.
This was by far the rudest housekeeping experience I’ve ever had.
