Unfortunately we didn't stay in this hotel. When we arrived at this hotel at around 9 p.m., the reception couldn't serve us because there were no rooms available due to some technical problems. We were accommodated in a neighboring hotel. That really annoyed us, actually I expect reasonable compensation. Next time I have to think twice about booking accommodation on Trip.com again.

Absolutely atrocious. It calls itself a 4 star hotel, advertises air conditioning on its own website, advertises room service (or just food) until 2300 and both of the above are false advertising. No air con available despite unseasonally warm weather. Kitchen closes at 2130 and the sole staff member manning the bar/gallery restaurant doesn’t care. Reception staff are nonchalant, shrugging in response to most issues and management probably cares even less. Don’t bother staying here, ever. Budapest is a beautiful city, but these people are single handedly ruining its reputation and bring embarrassment to its nation

Ottima accoglienza, struttura elegante e confortevole. Il personale che ci serviva la cena (sous chef Victor) ma soprattutto Anna con Lili si sono sempre prodigati per rendere la nostra permanenza a Budapest SUPER! Grande Anna, sempre sorridente, gentile, simpatica ed efficiente.
