The hotel is quite good and everything is very clean and modern, the problem that innovating with the chain's own app gave us errors every day. On the first day to check in, there was no reception open and it took us a while to complete all the steps to gain access. I do not recommend it for older people who are not good with technology. Then the app stopped working and it wouldn't open the reception or room doors for us.

The hotel is very nice, and the service was incredible, the two ladies and the young man at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel has a good location, there is plants of restaurants in the area.

Hotel is very well located in the city center, close to the most important landmarks. It is indeed a smart hotel as you can do everything by yourself: check in, check out, open the room door, adjust the air conditioning and many more. However there was always someone in the reception ready to help. Rooms are very large, very modern. Breakfast was good with enough choices for every taste or preferences.

Excellent stay. Staff very welcoming and friendly and were always ready to be of service. Rooms are perfect just everything you need and were cleaned everyday by the cleaners. Can book taxis and activities through the hotel. Location is perfect - 10 min walk from everything.

Perfect location a stone's throw from zsimpla kert, relatively close to several attractions. Attentive, professional and extremely available staff for any information. Rooms and bathrooms always clean and tidy. The shower was large and comfortable as was the bed. Buffet breakfast. I would happily return if I were to take another holiday in the Hungarian capital.

Excellent hotel for services offered and cleanliness. Everything managed comfortably via mobile phone, even the room temperature, spectacular!!! excellent location for visiting the city both on foot and by public transport. Very kind and friendly staff who helped us with booking information etc.

Simply perfect hotel. Super friendly staff, trained and available 24 hours a day, attentive to every detail and always ready to resolve any type of doubt. Hotel located in a perfect location, close to transport. Excellent cleaning. Highly recommended, I would definitely go back if I went to Budapest again.

A clean modern hotel. The windows of the room faced the street. Throughout the night, you could hear the "howler monkeys" coming back from the bar from time to time.
Dani from the breakfast room is a top guy!
It is recommended to install the app before the trip, because there is no one at the reception from 20:00 to 07:00.
