The best in town, no doubt

This was a week- long trip around a family (only adults) celebration. The hotel is in a very convenient, stunning location, it has been beautifully renovated inside and out, featuring its Art Nouveau history, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff helpful and welcoming. In particular, the Concierge team understood how meaningful it was to us and guided us throughout, making the most wonderful, even life-changing recommendations. While we have stayed in other 5*, this one stands out, I highly recommend it whether for a few days or longer.

I love FS franchise even when the service is hit and miss, but this location is the best I've stayed at thus far! They nailed every single aspect of the guest experience!! The airport pick up was seamless and we got a mini intro tour and great restaurant recommendations. The Concierge, Balazs, made a plan for a special dinner when the establishment was fully booked. We loved the experience! Pal was amazing at check in with such careful attention to detail. The housekeeping service was immaculate every single day. Usually this drops day after day but not here. I was super impressed and even deliberately used certain things to check if they'd notice. They did! Our rooms was serviced minimum twice a day and I'm sure they wait in the hallways for us to leave because the timing was always perfect and never intrusive. 👌🏾 The rooms scent was divine too and I wish one could buy it. I brought my own hairdryer and they so carefully wrapped the cord in a custom cord holder which is such a beautiful touch. It's the small things for me! We had dinner at the in house restaurant and the service and food was exceptional. Nimesh served us and did an exemplary job together with his colleague. The cocktails were beautifully balanced, the food was sensational and I'd come back just for this! I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel. The four seasons group should send people here for training. Budapest knows what it is to deliver an exceptional guest experience. We are still here but I've seen and experienced enough to know this establishment deserves 6 stars. Thank you for making our stay special, and for spoiling my husband at every opportunity.
