The best in town, no doubt

Amazing hotel with excellent staff and service. The architecture and design throught is just breathtaking. The room we had overlooking the Danube was spectacular. Thanks to all at The Gresham for making our special occasion so memorable. We can't thank you enough x

We upgraded to a river view with balcony room on the 5th floor because the room was ready when we arrived. We had an incident, came back to the room after sightseeing almost to slip on a puddle of water in the hallway. It was coming from an AC vent in the ceiling. We called front desk and they immediately sent someone. They had to move us to another room which was a bit of an inconvenience but they handled everything quickly and courteously. They apologized, sent us a bottle of champagne with pastries then upon checkout gave us a small discount. All in all the stay was enjoyable, room spacious and we felt they took care of us! Would recommend! The balcony is just for viewing, unfortunately no sitting area.

The Four Seasons at Gresham Palace epitomizes a true luxury experience! Everything was truly incredible. I didn't want to leave! The property itself is breathtaking and so tastefully curated and appointed from the lobby to the sophisticated bar to the wonderfully relaxing and indulgent guest rooms. The French restaurant up front was my favorite spot to unwind and relax; chic riverfront patio is the ultimate spot for dinner or a cocktail. The cuisine was perfect. I still think about the piping hot baguettes, fresh butter and the wonderful duck breast I had for dinner my first night. As amazing as the property is, the staff was the real highlight; consistent friendly service that went above and beyond from everyone with whom I dealt; concierge team, hotel management, restaurant staff and spa personnel. This Four Seasons is a jewel among an impressive portfolio of luxury properties. Not to be missed!
