After all, it is a big brand hotel with a very good location, close to the West Railway Station, and within walking distance of major attractions. The surrounding environment is very lively and safe. The decoration is a few years old, the hygiene is also very good, the bedding is comfortable, the room size is just right, the breakfast is rich, and the hotel front desk staff are very friendly. They helped us solve the problem of sending express (large items) and calling taxis. We stayed for a total of four nights and it was a very satisfactory experience. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel was amazing however the front desk staff were very robotic very cold. Like they had a exact script to follow
Hotel was very nice very close to almost every thing dinner dancing night life and a 8 min walk to train station. which was very handy

Hotel buono, con tutte le comodità delle catene internazionali. Molto pulito. abbiamo apprezza la macchinetta N espresso è l’acqua gratuiti in camera. ottima la colazione. La posizione non è il massimo occorrono 15 minuti di cammino in zona non molto bella.

Good location, spacious room but located at the front of the building which was very noisy. We mentioned it at the lobby and the lady was quite rude, rolling her eyes at her colleague. Not very professional and consistent with the usual exceptional Radisson blu customer service I’m used to in Scandinavia. Breakfast was great and very diverse. Would not use this hotel again though. Bad customer service is just not acceptable. We tried to reach out on Facebook messenger to try and sort this out, but received no response.
