I suggest Ibis at least should put a kettle in the room......

Incredibly noisy at night and in the morning, as well as a recurring noise in the toilet. At one time during our stay someone was drilling from upstair and there was nothing the staff can do about it.

Very good location also hotel staff was very helpful and nice.

For price point I think you get a quality stay. Same building as Mercure Hotel. Breakfast buffet was so good! One minor thing though, we were asked to pay additional tax during check in,. But we paid with cash and no change was given to us even though we paid in excess. Not sure if this is a common practice in Hungarian hotels to simply assume that they can keep the change, without asking us.

The hotel was good and the location is really close to the metro station. Surrounded with supermarket and some restaurants. But the service is so poor. I booked the bus with the night staff to airport and he didn’t ask me to pay. He just wrote down my name and my room number. Then the day after, I went to check again and I met another staff. She told me that the booking was cancelled because I didn’t pay. I told her, I didn’t know we have to pay because your colleague didn’t told me to and he said it’s fine. Then she said sorry it’s not her fault coz I didn’t pay. She said sorry but with the expression like no sorry. So if you happen to stay there, and book the bus remember to tell the staff that you want to pay even if they didn’t tell you to.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. On weekends, you can basically walk to Fisherman's Bastion. There are M2 subway station and dm supermarket next to the hotel. The front desk is shared with mecure hotel.

A good hotel, not far from the station, convenient to go anywhere. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the room is clean; the breakfast is also good... A good place to experience Budapest

The hotel's location is very advantageous. It is within walking distance to Fisherman's Bastion and only 5 minutes from the subway station. From the subway station, it only takes less than half an hour to reach the attractions on the other side of the river, which is very convenient. Very good. The front desk staff was very nice. We arrived early. We wanted to put our luggage and check in when we arrived. The front desk asked us to register as members and check in early. The service was very good. Both Ctrip and Ctrip helped check in in advance, which was very smooth.

I was woken up by the waiter at 8:30 and asked when I would check out. The waiter didn't speak English. I told the front desk and his attitude was also very bad. The water in the washbasin in the room didn't flow down at all, and the hair dryer was also very low in power.
