I made a reservation because the price was cheap, but the facilities are not good.
It was very uncomfortable as there was no soundproofing at all and there was a window that looked into the room from the hallway.

Except good location, I do not recommend this hotel. The front desk receptionist does not care about the guest, when I ask for cancel, they even did not ask for reason. Far from friendly. Whole hotel passage smells like toilet, poor breakfast. When I come to the room, the cup has dried tooth paste, dirty towel not collected. Air conditioning noisy. I stayed one night almost without sleeping due to noisy and cancelled my second night.

Antes de reservar, leed que es importante. De los peores “hoteles” en los que he estado en mi vida. Lo de 3 estrellas debe ser de broma. Para empezar las fotos poco tienen que ver con la realidad, la habitación que nos tocó, no se había ni limpiado, desde rincones insignificantes como armarios con moho hasta las toallas manchadas, paredes y sabanas. Con decir que hemos tenido que buscar otro alojamiento os lo digo todo. Por favor, espero que pronto pase alguna inspección porque es bastante decepcionante encontrarte con una situación así que te destrozan tus vacaciones. Y otra cosa a tener en cuenta es la calefacción, que hacía 26 grados en la calle y en la habitación era otra sauna. No nos arreglaron el problema y insistimos 2 veces. En fin, un desastre que espero olvidar pronto.

This place is shockingly awful. Our bed sheets were filthy and covered with hair. Some plastic covering on the bathroom wall fell apart after we flushed the toilet. We asked to be moved and were - the next room’s bed linens were likewise filthy. We asked for clean sheets and the manager couldn’t have been more rude - he said that because they wash their linens in a public laundry, the hair is normal. (What?!) And that this is a 3-star hotel (lol sure bro… it’s 2 to be EXTREMELY GENEROUS) and if we wanted different we had to pay more. He did change our sheets - whining every step of the way and saying that if we didn’t like these we could leave. He also blamed the filth on “Hungarians just don’t want to work”, in front of my Hungarian colleagues. Don’t stay here. It’s not worth it. There is plenty budget accommodation in Budapest that won’t act like clean linens are an absurd expectation and won’t be absolutely horrible to you.

I just left when I arrived there. They don't care about the clearness (one of the most important thing for hotel's quality). Wrong place to give your money for a night. For Example dirty bed sheets, broken tubes, dark rooms and dirty walls...
