I booked this hotel, paid the money online.
When I arrived at the address, there is an entrance door and no information how to get inside. I started calling the number I've got with my reservation, but nothing. Then ctrip sent me another number. The man on the phone said: We don't have any rooms available, you can go to another hotel. When I said that I already paid, he didn't care and kept saying they are fully booked, go somewhere else. Thanks to the ctrip team, I got refund. But experience was very unpleasant with Central Avenue apartments.

Fue pésimo horrible haber pagado estos apartments, nunca nadie contestó ni abrieron la puerta . Por favor NUNCA Paguen una estadía allí . Mucha irresponsabilidad por parte de los que alquilan o arriendan estos apartamentos para turistas, afortunadamente yo no viaje con niños se imaginan una familia con niños y que no contesten ni abran el lugar que ya se ha pagado con anterioridad

They never answered and charged my card. According to Agoda.com the owner indicates that we never arrived, we sent photos and call records and they prefer to believe them and gave my card details to the apartment.
